Vikki has completed my eyes for me. Today I had my brows touched up and I’ve also had my eyeliner applied by her.

Vikki is a warm and friendly person, who listens to what you want, gives her advice and the result is fantastic brows and liner.

My mother lives in France and she along with all her French friends have all go applied eyebrows, but they all have said mine are the most beautiful and natural they have seen, so Thank you Vikki and see you again soon

I have a condition where my eyebrows totally disappeared a few years ago, and for a long time I was drawing them on myself, they looked awful! So, I did some research and found Karen Betts. I was nervous about the procedure which was originally carried out by Karen in 2024, as it was really important to me to have natural looking brows, and not heavy “false-looking” ones. Karen is an amazing artist and she did a fantastic job - she really listened to what I wanted, and has been very supportive. I returned for a refresher treatment this year, the original ones lasted really well and I’m just as happy with the refreshed ones. It is fabulous not to think about eyebrows as they are just “there” again, and I have had lots of compliments. The treatments are expensive, but value for money and worth the outlay. You get what you pay for! Highly recommended - don’t hesitate if you need the help.

I went for my eyebrow colour boost yesterday, which was done by Vicki. She was amazing! Made sure I was happy with every step of the process, explained everything really clearly and made me feel so relaxed.
I will definitely be coming back in the future when it’s time for another top up. Thanks so much smile 😊 would highly recommend to anyone! X

Having been apprehensive about microblading my eyebrows having seen some dreadful sights, I followed a friend's recommendation and booked in with Vicky at the Mayfair Salon.
An all round fantastic experience.
Great before and after service.

I previously had my eyebrows shaped and tinted and after two weeks always ended up wondering why as they would disappear again, age and over plucking had not been kind to my brows. After spending years of looking at reviews and talking myself out of doing anything I plucked (excuse the pun) up the courage to visit Karen. From my initial inquiry with the booking team I felt reassured it was a good company as there was no upselling and no rushing. The proof of the pudding is that Karen is a busy lady and you wouldn’t get that if she didn’t have repeat business and a fantastic reputation. The day came for my first appointment and frankly I was a wreck! There was no need as Sue (AKA Alf, in joke) was there to give a very warm welcome and Karen was just ace. Karen heard and discussed all my fears and expectations before starting the process. I had nothing to compare this to as I have never had a tattoo but it was painless. I survived!
Day 2 arrived and who knew anyone could be fascinated by their own eyebrows, I felt like a budgerigar staring in the mirror constantly but obviously Karen is used to this as her follow-up emails were helpful, to the point and you would have thought she was a mind reader as she answered questions that were only whirring in my head.
On my second follow up appointment, 5 weeks later, I nearly skipped in as I was more than comfortable.
If you are reading this and still questioning what to do then don’t. You are paying for a person that has a wealth of knowledge and experience and I know you too will be writing a review and telling others to have their eyebrows done in the future. Good luck!

After having my brows done somewhere else 15 years ago and looking like Angry Birds. I was nervous about semi permenant but they were so lovely and welcoming. i'm a busy working mum and it meant i've got my dream brows ready every day they look natural, and it didn't hurt. Can't recommend enough

After years of thinking about having my brows done I visited Karen in late March and went for my follow up last week. I am delighted with the results, they look so natural. I felt very safe in her care, she is so knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. Her team are also a credit to her. I would recommend this company to anyone with sparse eyebrows that are looking to get them filled in.

Karen and her team are amazing. I had my brows microbladed by Karen ahead of chemotherapy. It was the treatment I needed and having realistic brows when my own had fallen out helped my wellbeing through cancer treatment.

The entire team are kind and knowledgeable. On the treatment day, Karen and her assistant were extremely personable and worked to ensure a fab job with no pain. The aftercare was excellent, with regular emails to remind me about what to do and what to expect as my brows healed.

From a cancer perspective, Karen’s team gave me confidence that they could work safely around my chemo, understanding what extra drugs I had needed and helping with the timeline for my touch up treatment (included in the price). They are one of the few companies who will schedule the second treatment after chemo, which I greatly appreciate.

On a separate note, I’ve had a scar on my eyebrow since I was a baby. I’ve always been self conscious about this and had to pencil in my brows daily to hide it. Since the treatment, I no longer need to do this - I wish I had realised sooner! Now that I’m post chemo, I’m so pleased with the brows that I will continue with touch ups to maintain in future.

I’ve already recommended friends to Karen and the team and will continue to do so.

I have been going to Karen since 2012 for semi permanent make up on my eyebrows and have always been delighted with the results. When I first decided to have my eyebrows done (the colour stopped half way across my natural brow line which looked odd) I spent a lot of time researching who to go to as permanent make up is such a specialist area and I wanted to ensure I was in the best possible hands. I’m absolutely delighted with my eyebrows! I had the second sitting for microblading yesterday with Vikki. I cannot praise Vikki enough: lovely, professional and super-talented. It was definitely worth the 4-hour round trip on each occasion. A few years ago, I had microblading elsewhere - with disappointing results. For anyone reading this and researching potential treatment providers, I cannot recommend the Karen Betts company highly enough. Queens of their craft. Amazing! I still can’t believe how quick the whole process was and the results speak for themselves. Meticulous attention to detail, amazing brows, very professional, with fabulous aftercare. Karen is slightly pricier but hailed the queen of permanent makeup for reason!
