Quite simply...."Simply the Best"
So happy to have found Karen and so many compliments to her.

It is the attention to detail that makes Karen stand out. I’ve been visiting for eyebrows and lips for six years and each year as I get older Karen specifically develops the treatment to complete. When I had a skin cancer hole in my eyebrow she carefully masked it. An amazing result. The care of Sue and Karen is also special. They always look after you. I’d never go anywhere else.

I have been using Karen Betts services for my eyebrows for the last 9 years. Geraldine is very experienced and professional and I would not trust anybody else to deal with my eyebrows. It is really great to be able to just relax during the treatment knowing that you don’t need to worry about the result as it never disappoints.

I've been going to Karen Betts and her team for many years now. I have had Karen herself, Gemma, Sharon and latest I had Vicki. The whole team are so lovely. I recently had my eyebrows and lips tattooed by Vicki. It was the first time meeting her, and I left like I've known her for years. She is so lovely, kind and welcoming. She made me laugh, put me at complete ease for my tattooing, and made sure I was completely happy with the drawn on look before starting. Once finished she asked if there was anything I wanted tweaking or if I was happy. I can honestly say I am completely over the moon with the results. She offered me breaks during and said if I needed more numbing then to let her know at any point.

I highly recommend Karen Betts Professional!I’ve been unhappy with my sparse eyebrows for years, they were just disappearing as I grew older. I drew them on every day and then would worry that people were staring at my badly drawn eyebrows. My friend had them done a few years ago at Karen Betts Professional and I’d mentioned to my partner how great they looked (I assumed this was in one ear and out the other). I got a total shock on Xmas day when my partner surprised me with the amazing gift of new eyebrows (microblading). He had done some research, sneakily spoke to my friend, but also had done his own research and was satisfied that Karen Betts Professional was the best option. He told me how impressed he was with the friendly, professional approach of the staff he’d spoken to at Karen Betts and had met a lovely member of the team (Angie) who has perfect microbladed eyebrows, which gave him even more confidence.
My whole experience from start to finish has been professional, friendly, caring. From walking into the lovely reception area and being greeted by friendly, caring team members to the after care/regular emails about the healing process, this is a high quality service.
Vikki is the lovely professional who microbladed my brows; she made me feel totally at ease and I was immediately confident in her expertise and advice.
I was looked after from the first phone call to the end of the process. There’s a follow up appointment for retouching the eyebrows and this is all tailored to your individual needs/preferences.
I love my brows, I no longer have to draw them on and worry they don’t look right. I feel so much more confident. The best compliment I had was ‘You look fresh, what have you had done?’

My eyebrows prior to microblading were an absolute mess. Due to an over eager threader alot of the hair hadnt grown back and what was there was sparse and patchy. After years of drawing them in ,using powders , pencils and stencils I was really fed up. I'd researched microblading but I was petrified I'd end up looking very un natural so I left it. I happen to come across an article on Claire Porter who'd had her eyebrows done by Karen Betts. The results looked natural and amazing. So I saved up and took the plunge. Best thing I ever did. I have perfect brows with natural looking hair strokes that frame my face beautifully. I need a top up every year but it's well worth the expense

I continue to have a very good experience with Karen Betts and my practitioner Geraldine, who is highly skilled and professional. When it comes to semi permanent make up I don’t think it is worth compromising as we have to live with the results. The whole process is smooth from start to finish, from the women on the booking call to meeting with Geraldine to have my eyebrows micro bladed. Geraldine is calm, experienced and very good at her job. The treatment room is soothing and comfortable and a great location. The effect is natural but also helps frame my face, which I particularly like for a more pared down look day to day. My eyebrows look so real, the hairs are perfect (and I literally have nothing there). Thank you

Really experienced and dedicated professional. She is a true master of her trade. But for my budget a bit expensive. Would be great if you could either switch off or change the type of music in the room

I've been seeing Karen for brows for a number of years now and I can quite honestly say that it has transformed the way I look. I'm so happy with the service and the results.

I have the greatest trust in Karen. The very first time I visited her I was terrified but she and her team were fabulous at allaying my anxiety. My eyebrows were stunning, after years of having none as a result of FFA I was delighted. I have returned on a regular basis since and feel relaxed, confident in what the result will look like and love catching up with her and her colleagues.

Initially spent a long time researching eyebrow treatments as it was a present for my mum's 60th as she has hair loss. Her treatment was amazing and gave her so much confidence, this year she turns 70. Her treatment convinced me to get my eyebrows done, it's now become an annual ritual for me and my mum.
