I had ordered Steins;Gate Steelbook Edition for Switch 2 with my first order "WELCOME5" promo code advertised on the site. This order was cancelled basically immediately which was a little sad but I had decided to order the Standard edition of the game instead, however my WELCOME5 promotional code had been used up. I contacted support to ask if they could give me a replacement promotional code and unfortunately they seemed to not understand me at all, responding to my query by telling me the game's release date. Eventually, after further clarification of the situation, they did say that if I placed an order for the standard edition they would apply the discount afterwards, however upon ordering they had changed their minds and said they would not be processing the discount, stating they did not realise that I was ordering the standard edition of the game. Given 2 stars instead of 1 because they did cancel this order too at my request, as this item was now cheaper at an alternative store.

Edit to cover reply: They have stated that they unsure on the item I wanted to order, but I clatified which item I was ordering in my initial support message. Also I did not get to use the discount code at all as they cancelled my initial order, so it's silly to call it a "goodwill gesture" this was still my first order!

Konsole Kingz first delayed my pre order, then told me it had been cancelled, only when I contacted them for an update, after the second date had been surpassed. This means I missed out on a steelbook edition of the game, which is now out of stock and only made available thanks to lovely scalpers on ebay. My order number was KK-1604

Pre ordered new call of duty and expected it to arrive on launch day however was only posted on launch day to arrive next day. No point pre ordering if they can't deliver on day of release

Pre-ordered Castlevania in August. Received cancellation week of release in October. Useless firm and recommend everyone stays clear of using them.

It was little late but overall experience was positive

Pre ordered wolverine 3 weeks ago and still not even here. Comes on Tuesday a week after release! Terrible service would avoid at all costs. Will be returning order soon as it comes as ended just picking it up after release.

Had a Pre-Order for fire emblem Dagdan collection, eventually got cancelled due to insufficient stock. Konsole Kingz is a fine enough store however communication is not amazing. While I didn’t realise they had sent an email to my junk about cancellation in fairness, but despite this i had sent many emails to their support email and received nothing. Additionally, I also phoned their number within the available hours many times and nothing again. Customer support is rough so I would keep that in mind when ordering.

Received the game on time and in perfect condition. Not 5 stars due to issues with a pre-order that had to be canceled

Pre-ordered a limited edition version of a game 3 months before launch, but this site has waited until 2 weeks before launch to cancel the pre-order.

I have now missed the option to pre-order from other sellers in the intervening months, and won't be able to get a limited edition copy.

No compensation has been requested on my end or offered by seller (for example a discount on the 'base' version of the game).

Very disappointed.

Ordered Mario Thousand year door and it arrived a couple days later and was considerably cheaper than everywhere else at only £26.99 brand new.

The website is great and easy to navigate, no annoying adverts, will definitely use again in the future.

I was given a date and it arrived on the date

Ordered an Astro Bot controller and the box was broken seal opened and when I emailed them about it they told me that it was DPDs fault and asked for the tracking number after 2 weeks they replied and I'm still yet to get a reply. Don't order from these guys if you want your stuff to come brand new because they're obviously not.

it would have been a good experience but i did not recieve item on day that i paid for and actually it was 10 days later they did refund the next day delivery charge but the long wait to actually recieve the item was too long

Easy transaction. Parcel a little late as released on 6th Sept and received on 17th but hey.

Giving 5 stars for customer service and keeping me upto date, item was a little later than ETA but it was a high demand item, A* from me

Unreliable

Pre-Order nope not at all. Got the item 11 days after release day. Was shipped and then recalled as I moved the delivery day by 2 days and still didn’t arrive on the day I requested. I will never use Konsole Kings again. I would rather use Amazon. I order this controller as I’ve never got any exclusive products and I regret every second of it.
