Excellent et service après vente au top

I can essentially confirm the previous writers' experiences: The company provided good services in the past. Unfortunately, these times seem to be over: We're having an urgent support request (EV token locked), but still received no answer for one week. There is no indication on KSoftware's website of problems with their support system, holidays or other extraordinary circumstances. Our code-toolchain is still blocked. In a professional environment, this is a very expensive no go. You're better advised not to buy at this supplier, if your business depends on their services.

It's horrible! Ten days ago, Ksoftware accepted my payment for a certificate for a year in the amount of $443 (payment ID 3PM422916V443405K). Further, I was unable to issue a certificate (Order number 1708195588). And now for 9 days I have been writing endless letters in KSoftware (both in support and in the sales department), but in response only an answering machine from their task system (last ticket Received #47629). Sectigo can't help anything, sends in KSoftware. Before that I bought a certificate from this company twice, but now I feel deceived! And the amount is quite large for me.

I used to buy certificates through them, this time I bought without hesitation, but it turned out that the company is dead, payments are being processed,
but there is no support and no refunds.
as a result, due to difficulties with validation in Sectigo, the order was canceled, money not returned.
this company is a scammer!

Après avoir reçus une fin de non recevoir pour le remboursement d'une clef W11 Pro j'ai saisi le service litige Paypal, je paye toujours les produits sur lesquel j'ai un doute avec ce moyen qui permet une réclamation neutre et objective. Microsoft service client a été très intéressé d'apprendre les prix pratiqués qui ne peuvent provenir de clef fraudée. KSotware me parait peu recommandable, société à éviter.

Paypal m'a remboursé mon logiciel !!!! merci à eux

Previous experience with K has been very positive. Not this time; I have had the same experience as Andre. Paid for the OV certificate with a promise of a two-three day turnaround. Went through the credential process. Then no update from Sectigo. Called them several times - the process was with the "provisioning team". Many calls to Mitchell on the 859 number advertised here. Never picked up. No response to numerous tickets raised. Acutely, exquisitely unhappy.

I've been trying for 6 months to renew a cert after paying for it.

It goes like this.

K Software takes the money.

Sectigo doesn't issue a certificate for an unspecified reason. Communicating with them is impossible.

K Software does not respond to any emails - refund requests or otherwise.

I have used ksoftware in the past for a code signing certificate, so when attempting to renew the certifcate for a further two years, the process got stuck at Sentigo and that is the last I ever hard from ksoftware. they do not respond to any communications. I need to get a refund from them, but nothing. They claim you will get a refund, but nothing happens.
Very poor service, I feel like I was scammed.
I see there is a list of other ex-customers with the same problem.
BEWARE THIS COMPANY.

27 July update : Up until now there has been no response whatsoever from ksoftware, and no refund. I am not sure if this company even exists, or is just a zombie website.

Produit pas cher, et surtout très bonne réactivité lorsque j'ai posé une question. Aide reçu même le dimanche, je recommande.

Like a lot of previous review we got stuck at the validation stage with Sectigo and they just stopped answering our emails, ticket requests. I have requested a refund but haven't received any answer whatsoever.

Such a shame after years of being a happy customer.

Used this company since 2014, but this year they don't even respond to emails, have tried multiple times using various email addresses to get in contact with them but nothing other than an automated response saying someone "will send you a personal response very soon within 1 business day (though usually much sooner). ".

Time to take my business elsewhere.....

Update 01/06/23 17:50 - Just had email from owner Mitchell explaining he has had some personal and health issues and sincerely apologizing for any problems - this was too late for my order this time, but much appreciated so I wanted to mention it in my review.

Had an issue with my renewal and the response was great.

No response, just run away from responsabilities.
I have also purchased a 4 years certificate but Sectigo issued 39 months instead.
K-Software did not refund the difference, but promised that Sectigo will issue another certificate in due time.
Nothing happened, K-Sofware don't answer to any contact since then.

Great service, offers legit and worthy products
Although support was a bit slow the support team is now back and accepting tickets and phone calls

This company has gone bad. I got software signing certificates from K Software since 2011. Never had an issue until 3 years ago, when I purchased a 4 year certificate but only received one for a 39 months. Was promised to get the remaining 9 months automatically at the end of the period, but all I get is spam emails. My emails about this issue remain unanswered, except for an automatic response.

J'ai acheté le pack office et win 10 pro pour plusieurs machine.

Les installations assez sont compliquées, les procédures de Microsoft sont dingues on dirait l'administration.

Côté K Software le SAV est excellent. J’achète systématiquement chez eux.
