Je viens d'activer Windows 10 pro et office 2021. Total environs 3,24€ et tout marche à merveille .
Bien évidemment il faut quelques notions de base en informatique pour activer les applications ...
Très bon vendeur ,il m'a renvoyé 4 fois des liens d'activations...

I requested refund. But they do not respond to emails and phone calls. I phoned them several times - voice machine. Order 1055782056 (sectigo) payment 7GJ83685GU5324157. Its 3 months passed still no response and no refund... I'm going to bank to dispute this charge.
I was with this company for 10+ years without any issues, and not it looks like its dead.
UPD: chargeback processed by bank in my favor, money returned by force, company still not responding
UPD: company responded below, as you see they denied that we had any correspondence (i have many ticket numbers and phone calls)... some sort of lie... to check their lie I advice you to try to contact them using contact form at their web site (any simple question) - you will never get a reply... phone them - always voice machine

Same as others, paid for a renewal and get no support with incorrect information on how generate the certificate. Previously had a positive experience but no response for almost two months now. I am stuck with an expired certificate and unable to release certain software so am forced to purchase again through another provider. Cannot get a refund either because there is no response. AVOID!

UPDATE: We never spoke, this is the first response I've seen. I paid and upgraded in September and the cert expired on the 25th of October a week before I posted this. If I could give zero stars I would.

I don't know what kind of shonky, one-man operation they have got going there, but anyone reading this should avoid dealing with this unprofessional company.

I have sent multiple emails and left a voicemail. Judging by the numerous complaints about the very same thing, the operator of this company should stop telling us to call, and instead look at and reply to the emails.

I am preparing a case for a credit card chargeback.

Trés bon vendeur , une nouvelle clé m'a été envoyèe car je l'attendais par courrier.
Bien suivre la notice , pour aller sur le site d'installation microsoft il faut bien cliquer sur le ( cliquer ici ) qui est sur la notice , ensuite tout se passe très bien.

Same for me. Ordered the renewal of a Code Signing certificate. Worked perfectly the previous times, but now, no response for more than a week, did not receive the 3-year certificate. Wrote to support, to Sectigo and to sales. No response, got just an automatic ticket confirmation email.

DON'T WRITE I SHOULD GIVE YOU A CALL. The renewal process should work without calling K Software!!

Wow! I am just about to make payment for a 3-year certificate then I felt I should check a review about them before proceeding and almost all I am seeing here are negative feedback. I am out! Let me search for another vendor.

Have ordered a certificate but not been able to create it due to non responsive website.

I purchased certificates from KSoftware for code-signing for 2 years. Never received a single certificate. Do not purchase from them. I have emailed over a dozen times now without zero response!

Have done business with them 2-3 times
In fact I wrote a review which is still on their site...

Don't fall for the replies here on TP, they are just trying to convince you he's legit, he is not.

Impossible d'activer les licences, le vendeur refus de les changer car elles ont plus de 30 jours. A fuir.

Our organization has passed all the checks. We paid for the 3rd certificate, but we did not receive the certificate. Certificate generation does not work. We asked for a refund, after which K-Software stopped responding to our emails. The money was NOT returned.
