A long-time user of their KBilling software, vital to my business... until I had to reinstall on a replacement PC. All links to the company are dead. Never got any end-of-support notice. All I want is access to my registered version so I can retrieve vital data. No response to tickets from the support email - [#43950], [#43768]

This seems to be only a money-collecting company. After my renewal buy had some trouble and never got any reply. I also wanted to use the so called money-back warranty. Just forget it. I wrote more than 10 mails to the various mail-boxes and got auto-replies that they will come back to me within next two days but nothing.
No support, no answer

I ordered as well a certificate. Afterwards i got a message that IE 11 is needed.
Although i tried it with this old software it did not work.
I mailed them but since one month no response.

Paid $200 for a 3-year code signing certificate to discover K Software still expects me to use 'real' Internet Explorer to apply through their portal, even though Microsoft has retired IE and it is no longer available on Win 10 and 11 machines. Have sent multiple emails to 'support@' and 'mitch@' and received zero replies. Have offered to generate the CSR and email it to them, but no reply. I have used K Software successfully in the past, but in 2022 the company seems to have stopped operating. Not sure how I can get my money back.

We ordered our code signing certificates with K-Software in the past. The last two times there where no problems. However this time we had the same experience like the other reviews here.

We have been asked about documents, then more documents and none of them where accepted. It looks like they look for a reason to not issue a certificate. After some emails we did not receive any answer at all.

No answer after multiple emails and sms, scam. Have tried to contact using different emails and to all addresses available without luck. I should have read this page first and placed order elsewhere. Invoice 53412.

Apres achat d'un logiciel téléchargrable (office pro) dont le prix est extrèmement bas, l'installation et son activation par internet s'est avérée tres difficile.
Le vendeur s'est montré patient et tres rapide n'hésitant pas à changer de license .
Le vendeur est digne de confiance j'ai rarement rencontré un site aussi professionnel.
Par contre je ne dirai pas la même chose de microsoft qui à l'art de compliquer les choses.

[Update] after 5 months i got the certificate. I did not send any other documents. They asked me to renew one and they approved my certificate. I think sectigo also has problematic staff, the problem is not only in ksoftware.

It's been 3 months, I haven't been able to get a certificate or a response to an e-mail.

I bought a code signing certificate last year, it was fixed in a few weeks, it was very good. But this year, I could not succeed in the renewal process. Moreover, despite the fact that it says on their site that the documents are valid for 36 months.

Sectigo is not accepting documents this year that it accepted last year. I couldn't get beyond the copy-paste responses from Sectigo. For the latest refund, they directed me from Sectigo to mitch's e-mail. I sent dozens of e-mails to all e-mail addresses. Unfortunately, I did not receive any support other than the automatic "we will get back to you in 24 hours" message.

It will be 3 months on June 12, I renewed the old certificate with 17 days to expire. All my users are getting an "Unknown publisher" error when logging into my game for more than 2 months.

It must be a fraud. I paid and received an email from sectigo stating that my order was rejected and that I had to contact ksoftware.net. I sent multple emails. No answer. Only an authomatic email. I even changed the email to verify if it was my email problem. No, they simply ignore my emails since they are happy with my money and no service provided.

Bought a certificate but was never answered any of my questions. Sent multiple emails — only automated replies. Sent refund request — no reply. Disgusting. Going to chargeback the order. Looks like the company is either dead or just a fraudster.

May I please request that I be refunded please please please! I even left a voicemail on your phone. My invoice number is 53127.

Ordered my certificate about 10 weeks ago. It was rejected by Sectigo who said I should revert to K Software. I raised a support ticket twice (43358 & 43384) and have called several times only to be connected to a call forwarding service which asks me to leave a message.

When I dial the number, a recorded female voice immediately says to wait while my call is re-directed. After a minute or so, she comes back to say there was no answer from what sounds like "mitch Vincent" or "miguel Vincent" and that I should leave a message. You have my email regarding my issue which also contains my phone number. I can be reached via whatsapp at any time except after 12:00 your time.

Bought App signing certificate in January 2022 - it is now May 2022 & I was just refunded by my bank for no response from ksoftware.com. I've emailed them numerous times - never heard a peep back.

I purchased a certificate 8 days ago and it still hasn't been delivered to me. All requests for help are ignored. I've been a customer for several years now, but this time it looks like I'm not going to have any luck. I've asked for a refund, but haven't gotten a response yet.

UPDATE: We were already able to get feedback over the phone and the process moved forward. Email requests for help are not responded to in a timely manner.

Scam company. I buyed code signing certificate for company. After having problems and requested support two times (one to return money), but not answer at all.

Please, see support requests from mdocs.app company.
