Bought a code signing certificate for $209 three weeks ago. I received a few auto reply emails and then nothing. No certificate. No more replies to emails. The company seems dead and the money is down the drain. Stay away from it.

Update: In the meantime I hired another company for the job. I would appreciate a refund from your company (Order Number: 917714777).

Update (6 days later - 20220531): Heard nothing from them.

Why should I make a long distance call? Just check my order number 917714777 and refund it. Can't you find the order? I wrote to all email addresses of kSoftware I could find, including the one that informed me of my successful order and gave my that order number 917714777. So you can mail me. You just never delivered the product.

Update 20220613: Still no refund. After endless emails back and forth I was told today: "After reviewing your order, I can see that you have placed this order through one of our Reseller(ksoftware.net). Due to this order being placed through a third party, we cannot refund you directly. You must contact this Reseller for a refund."

ksoftware, are you reading this (since you don't react to emails at all)? Refund me!

Update 20220723: Still no refund. This is my last update. Bottom line: Don't trust kSoftware!

j'ai utilisé ce site pour office 2021 mise à part les applications (codes numériques) c'est parfait je suis dans une association caritative et je fourni des pc pas très cher donc le prix se marie très bien avec l'action que je mène.

Livraison rapide et très bonne assistance rapide par mail

très difficile à installer. Ça coince pour récupérer l'ID d'installation. Ai pourtant suivi au mot à mot le process transmis. Obligé de réinstaller mon ancienne version.

Ksoftware offers a money back guarantee for certificates on it's website. It´s not true at all. I did demand money back for a non-delivered certificate, they lied in saying they did refund me. I asked for a proof - they didn't respond.

This company and webpage seems to be a scam. I ordered a certificate and never received the product. I wrote several mails to the support - no answer. I tried calling on the phone and only got an answerimng machine. I will now contact VISA to try and recover my money.

Il faut y croire! Ça fonctionne et même le Dimanche. Petit bémol sur le processus de récupération de l’ID d’activation - un peu compliqué. Mais c’est sans doute le prix à payer pour justement ne pas avoir à payer le prix.

I was contacted by them after this post here. Turned out that the support ticket system changed rules for them and automatically closed my tickets somehow. So that was all by accident.
I was contacted by email and everything is sorted out now. As I was happy with them earlier, I can't blame them for this situation, so that I why I'm changing this back to 5 stars as they were great before.

I'm hoping that these guys have gone out of business. Not in a bad way, but it is the only excuse for their non-existent support.
I have emailed their Support email address twice, and even their sales email, in case they were dodging my complaint.
I ordered a code signing certificate, but was unable to complete the validation process, so asked for a refund. No response in a month, only the auto-reply saying they have received it.

Produit reçu par retour de mail, bien installé (grâce à la notice d'emploi) et tout fonctionne.

Do not buy from this company. We ordered an EV code certificate from them and they did not fullfill our order in 4 weeks. We sent them several emails and all got without answer.
I could reach their chat support only one time where they just gave excuses and again nothing happened afterwards.
After 4 weeks without getting any reply to our emails we decided to dispute the Paypal payment.
The company did not even reply the Paypal dispute.
We finally had to escalate the dispute to a claim and now our money is frozen for 30 days as we waiting for the outcome of the Paypal claim.
So, stay away from this company, they are fraud.
Buy from Digicert for example, they are a bit more expensive, but gives very good prompt support.

Fourniture parfaite et assistance réactive et efficace

Horrible - Been trying to contact support for many days. I always get automatic response that ticket will be looked at soon, usually within 24 hours and its been more than 2 weeks and nothing.

We ordered an OV Code Signing Certificate but ran into browser problems after payment when submitting order. Tried to contact support both on email and phone (voice mail), but with no response for 4 days. We were able to cancel the payment, and went on buying from another certificate provider.

It would be helpfull after download the certificate in the browser to show your description "how to export".
Over all, I recommend to simplify the description and bring the information, step by step, at the time you need it.
