Dear buyer, as you bought magnetic earpiece system the sound will be properly audible only if the earpieces are in touch with the eardrum. So make sure you clean your ear canal properly before putting the earpiece into your ear. In case there is any defect with the device then we do offer replacement warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase.
