If you are facing any issue with the product then you can replace the same within a time period of 6 months ( Note - Warranty is valid only for the Device and not for earpiece or charger ) . Regarding the delivery - You Placed order on Oct 3, 2022, 2:44 PM and your parcel delivered on 8th October. Our Premium delivery timeline is 2 to 5 days ( These mentioned timeline is valid for working days only not include any Sundays or any national holidays ). 4th and 5th October was National Holidays in India because of Maha Navami and Dussera. Thus delivery was done on time only.

Very poor performance with Mic, but u said it high sensitive mic, there is no sensitivity at all
