We had an issue whereby the courier had not delivered the parcel. After contacting La Coqueta we received a quick response and the issue was rectified immediately
Great quality of product.

Extra tax of 70% when ordering from EU
The products were amazing, but the tax was 70% off the total amount. This was not mentioned until the products were allready on their way.

We understand the frustration with the customs duties between the Uk and the EU and as a priority next year, we are looking to introduce a tax and duties calculator to our checkout page so that our customers can see all the fees at the checkout. The clothes are nice but one item was too small on my daughter and when I went to return from US, shipping to the UK was astronomical and not worth the return. Wish they were more forthcoming with cost of retunes.
