Your staff taking orders and providing customer service need to develop better people skills as relates to understanding what customers are trying to say. Active listening in particular, instead of jumping to conclusions.

I love the specials that you send me regularly and the attention to the wines that I tend to connect with most. Continuing this partnership has made me glad to partner with you for these incredible wines that you have access to.

Delivery arrived early and FedEx driver was so courteous

Wine is great,but the people who work there are terrible,it always sounds like they’re having a party and don’t pay attention to their job

I asked for the wine to be delivered Monday through Friday, and the person taking the order said she understood. Attempts were made to deliver it Saturday and Sunday.
Details matter.

Hopeless delivery service. Ended up having to collect it ourselves 3 days later.

Haven’t tried the wines due to late delivery. However, being an old Laithwaite customer in the UK I’m hopeful that the wines will be delicious

Member of the club for several years. Quality wines at a reasonable price. Great wines from around the world. Easy to select and choose, or let Laithwaites select a variety case. I enjoy the mailing flyers for special. Always knowledgeable on questions.

I appreciate the easy to understand format. The order process is simple. The whole procedure from start to finish is complete in about 4 days.

Wine arrived quickly and the selection is great

When the wine I tried to order was out of stock Kelby (my wine advisor ) immediately suggested another wine from the same vineyard It arrived in 3 days. We loved it. Kelby only suggests wines with characteristics similar to those he knows we enjoy. I have used Laithwaites for over 20 years and Kelby has been my advisor for 10 years. He is great to work with and often calls and suggests new wines or informs me of specials on my old favorites. He has helped us choose Vineyard Partners to have access to truly outstanding wines. Laithwaites even ships orders in smaller quantities than a full case. This is wonderful around the holidays. I can send gifts of a couple of bottles or 3,4, or half a case. Laithwaites even allows you to pay an annual shipping fee which means each individual shipment is billed only for the cost of the wine.

I called in an order and the lady I spoke with did an excellent job getting exactly what I wanted from the magazine. She had not issues and I received the wine today.

Always reliable, offering good wines at a fair price. I've been with them for many years and will continue to trust them.

First, FedEx only made one attempt to deliver my wine and then it was sent back to Laithwaites. Then I called Laithwaites who confirmed that the shipment was returned and refunded me the money for the case.
Next, since I was out of wine, I ordered a new case celebratory for America's 250th birthday.

Yesterday, both cases came in. Although I was home, the FedEx deliverer neither rang the bell nor called me. I hope that the billing department will keep these charges straight.
I am thinking of cancelling my subscription after this and buying wine locally.
