Kuoret eivät ole kotimaista nähneetkään. Jotain dropship-kamaa, kun saapumisessa kesti pari viikkoa. Laatu aivan luokattoman huono.

Kuoret eivät kestä normaalia käyttöä. Magneettien irtoamisen asiakaspalvelu selitti johtuvan kännykän kuumumisesta, ja koska jokainen tietää, että kännykkä kuumenee, tuotteessa on selvä valmistusvirhe. Eivät ota siitä kuitenkaan mitään vastuuta, vaan sanovat vaihtaneensa uusimpiin kuoriin vahvemmat magneetit. Saisin kuulema näin joulun kunniaksi ostaa heiltä uudet kuoret 50% alennuksella, vaikka takuu on jo umpeutunut. (Itseasiassa -50% alennuksella, mitå se sitten tarkoittaakaan.) Takuu on naurettava 6 kuukautta ja sinä aikana saa tuon 50% alennuksen uudesta tuotteesta, uutta ei saa, eikä korjausta tehdä. Takuusta ei kerrota tuotteen ostajalle mitään, eikä pyynnöistäni huolimatta minulle kerrottu, missä takuuehdot on kerrottu. Tämä firma kehtaa väittää sivuillansa vähentävänsä jätevuorta! Huoh. Aikalaista hehkutusta ja vain positiivisia arvioita sivut pullollaan, eikä ihme, koska negatiiviset kommentit ei sivuille pääse. Huijarifirma siis. Jos haluat muutamaksi kuukaudeksi näyttävät kuoret, osta tästä firmasta, mutta jos olet luonnonystävä, älä missään nimessä avaa edes heidän nettisivujaan. Ja vielä. Firma väittää
olevansa suomalainen, mutta käyttöehtonsa sun muut pakolliset pienellä präntätyt he ovat törkeästi lainanneet joltain englanninkieliseltä sivulta, eivätkä ole edes palautusehtoja kehdanneet kääntää suomeksi. Palautuksessa puhutaan muunmuassa siitä, että elintarvikkeita ei voi palaittaa. Jep. Tämä kertoo jo aika paljon. Harmi, että lankesin hehkutukseen.

Tilasin kuoren, ihan puukuorisen magsafellä. Huomasin jo heti, että kuoressa oli jo jonkinmoiset aukot (tällä he väittivät, että käsintehtyjä tuotteita, niin siksi aukkoja). Sitten, parin viikon päästä, kadotin pidikesormuksen. Väitettiin ,että metalli on vahvaa. Ei tod.... Sitten kuukauden päästä, johdolle tarkoitettu metalliosanen alkoi irtoamaan.. eli huonosti liimattu. Ja nyt irtoilee itse magsafe rinkulaosanen.....

Siis aivan järkyttävää ja tämä lastu-firma ei ota edes vastuuta tästä.... Väittävät että minun syyni kaikki on.

Olen aina halunnut ostaa tästä kaupasta tuotteita ja pettyneeksi tulin :( en suosittele!

Huono laatu hintaan nähden aika rihkamaa. Myöskään lastun omilla sivuilla ei näy yhtään huonoa arvostelua, eli manipuloivat ihmisten arvioita.

Bought two 40 euro cases. On both cases the integrated ring holder got loose within one month and as such could not be used as a stand anymore. Today the other ring holder just came off, and thankfully I was not holding the phone only from the ring or the phone would have fell on the ground. Extremely terrible quality for the price.

Their website is also very shady, as this product in question is supposed to have 5/5 rating on average. After I submitted my 1 star review it does not show on the product page either.

The phone cases came about a week and a half after ordering. I expected a bit faster delivery... It feels really great quality!

Used to be a good brand. Nowdays same China cases as many others. Just more expensive. Lies about being hand-made in Finland. Scam.

I gave it 2 stars initially but after their dishonesty lost one more. It's a shady business, even scam. They use judge.me website for their product reviews and block reviews that are critical ie less than 3 stars. And the cases are not good quality either, they have a strong plastic smell and the magnets are too weak to hold the accessories. I don't even think they're made in Finland. Most probably made in China but packed in Finland.

I have had the case for 1 day, and the initial impressions were mixed. Its good looking case and has a good grip pattern on the sides.
However, there are these buttons I really don't like, they are almost flat and the white wooden back has few black marks. The package they get delivered is not so good as well.

Things i dislike are the buttons, they are almost flat and hard to press. And the packaging is not good, which made the scase arrive with scratches on the wooden back.

My beautiful case started cracking after two weeks of careful use. I bought it for my new phone, so I treated also the case with extreme care. Customer service was no help, they basically stated that it is normal.

"...As you stated, the wood may start cracking due to moisture or temperature changes.."

In two weeks? Seriously? They also offered me a 50% discount to their store to buy more of these nondurable products - no thank you. They also don't show the "bad" reviews (bad=1-3 stars, there are 0 of them) on their website, which is rather shady. Customers are not able to post on their Facebook page, in which they claim to be the most active. I really wanted to believe in this product and the company, especially since they offer products made here in Finland, made from Finnish wood, but sadly I can't do it. At these times it's not too sustainable to sell bad quality products.

I'm so happy about my new case!!! The quality is really good and for that price really surprisingly awesome 😳😍 I ordered the custom design in walnut for my OnePlus Nord.
It turned out even better than I've expected! Even the tiniest lines are cut out well, which my design has a lot of.
First I was very worried about the shipping because of some bad reviews here and because the shipping provider did not change the status of the package for 8 days after it arrived in the sorting center in Finland.
But suddenly it arrived today! The shipping time is okay, for that's it's shipped from Finland to Germany and Lastu themselves gave the package to the shipping provider after only one day after my order - so lasering my design into the case and getting it ready to be shipped was very very fast!
All in all I can only recommend Lastu.

Couldn't be happier! I ordered Lastu for OnePlus case last week and received it already. The product is beautiful and came with a little signed note thanking for order and confirming the quality check. It's hard for a little firm to compete with international giants that can produce cheaper, but I really like the fact that it's produced with an environmentally acceptable mechanism. Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent seller, and quality item for me. Shipping is a little slow, but it was expected like so because Finland Posti isn’t so great.

I wasn't sure if I would receive my order, due to the ominous reviews I read on Trustpilot after making a purchase. But against all odds, I did receive the case I ordered, though the tracking number provided with the purchase never let on where my shipment actually was at any given time.

I was very happy receiving the package one day, and the case has been securing my iPhone ever since. It's a beautiful cover, looks almost exactly like depicted on the website, but I have to say the finish isn't as qualitatively as I hoped for. The finish is a bit rough. Apart from that, great product.

Alas, it never arrived. Finlands postal service is terrible. The answer i got after 1 month is:

Okay. First we have to contact Finland’s Posti about this. They must declare the product lost.

I ordered a case from lastu for my one plus 6.
I got the conformation email and tracking number
Three months later and the tracking says its still being processed.
Would not recommend clearly just a scam company.

I was also looking forward to receive my new Lastu case. I paid extra for faster shipping and tracking. So three days after shipping tracking was no longer updated. Now after 25 days still no case. I tried to contact customer service but they respond very slow or not at all. Everytime they say I need to wait, come on!! It's almost a month ago I ordered at Lastu. We are now at the point that I only want my money back from Lastu. Shipping from Finland to The Netherlands doesn't take that long. So be very careful when you order with Lastu. They didn't even offer me a replacement shipment after this time, so disappointing. Oh by the way on their own site you will only read positive reviews, negative reviews are being removed or not published.

I saw an article on an android mobile website regarding the lovely cases from Lastu. I saw they had cases for the Nokia 9 Pureview, a phone I'd just pre-ordered. So I made the purchase. I received the confirmation email and next day I was notified by email that my item was in the post.
Shipping in the EU said 1-4 days, I gave them a week and nothing. I tried to message back through the confirmation email address, tried their facebook messenger and the last attempt was through the PayPal linked email address. I have not had a reply back from any of them. Since then, my new phone has arrived and I've had to buy a standard case from Amazon. I was really looking forward to having this case, however, I've been left in the dark and am awaiting PayPal's involvement in getting a refund.

I really do hope I can one day edit this and leave a more positive review.

I was really stoked when I found out about Lastu a few weeks ago. I directly ordered a wooden Ovangkol case for my OnePlus 5.

At arrival there didn’t seem to be a problem with the case except the wood was sagging a bit. After 2 days the wood came severely looser, to the point where it seemed necessary for me to contact Lastu.

I first tried to get in contact with Lastu through messenger, they asked me to send a picture. I did, but no response after. A few days later I contacted them a second time through messenger, the sagging even became worse. No response for several days. I decide to send them about this problem via e-mail. It has been a whole week without a response on any of my messages. I hope they’ll get around to helping me, but I don’t have much faith.

EDIT: Since I posted this review Lastu reached out to me and I received a free replacement. The replacement seems in good shape and I am afterall happy with the purchase.
