Clifton down thanks so much for being so helpful with such a simple thing I was unexpectedly told to isolate and they quickly arranged a free delivery for the same day! Lost my bedding!
Terrible service, starting with the surly man who thrust a bag at me and when I said that it wouldn't all fit in one bag and I need another one just scowled before reluctantly going to get another one he then tried to grab the bags as I was still filling them.
Later I received an email saying they'd amended my order, when I checked they seemed to have taken a bed sheet off the order so I immediately got in touch to say that they had incorrectly amended the order and that I had sent a second bed sheet. A few more emails back and forth in which I clearly stated all the items I had sent and I was accused of incorrectly booking in a mattress protector as a bed spread. I said no, I sent a bed spread and I don't have a mattress protector and have you located the missing bed sheet.
Twice they delayed my order returning to me, kept saying someone would call and never did. After sending my number and repeatedly asking, I did eventually receive a call to say that they couldn't find my sheet but would look into it.
Finally my order was returned and no surprise the bed sheet was missing. I then kept getting emails from them saying they had a missing item to deliver and could I book in a delivery time which I did only to then get an email saying they couldn't find it - this happened three times.
I was told they'd investigate and come back to me by 5pm and two days later I emailed to ask what was happening they have finally admitted to loosing the sheet and this is the best bit they will only partially refund the cost of the sheet as it was almost a year old. Yet I have to pay full price (£95) for the sheet to be replaced as I can't sleep on a bare mattress I need a fitted sheet!
Finally to add insult to injury they have charged me a cancellation charge on top which was charged a few days before the payment for the order was taken so if you do use this company I would check for additional charges.
Do not use this company!

Unreliable, Overpriced and Untrustworthy
I had last used this company over a year ago, as well as Zipjet with whom it merged. I had experienced good things with Zipjet, but remember that Laundrapp was by far the worse service provider. However, I wanted to give them another chance and see whether things had improved. I am sad to report that my experience was not good and I regret having bothered.
Negatives:
Failed to deliver order at promised time. Order was collected on Sunday and booked for delivery Wednesday 10am-12 noon. Received a text to say my order would be late, and driver later telephoned to apologise and said that they wouldn't be able to deliver it. They implied that another driver would be able to deliver it later that evening, to which I agreed, understanding that they were clearly overworked.
However they failed to show up and I had stayed in all evening because, you know, I needed my clothes back. Order was delivered two days later, following a very slow response from Sam on their support email explaining that their earliest possible redelivery was 48 hours later. Yes, they failed to deliver my order and the EARLIEST they could get my order to me was two days later.
I emailed the company and informed them about their duties under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, specifically around promising a service will be delivered to a timescale and then missing this. I let it be know that I expected them to offer a partial refund and was surprised that they hadn't offered this already. No dice, but they did offer a 20% discount on a future order. Yeah, I'm not that stupid either.
Thankfully, I was able to report this to my credit card provider American Express and they just refunded me due to the low value of the transaction. This is probably how this business gets away with shoddy service and questionable legal practice. Be warned: you will get stung by this company.
Another thing to bear in mind: support is almost non-existent. Something will go wrong with your order and you will be unable to get a response until they deign to reply to your email. They do not have a working live chat facility, despite this being advertised on their website. Their telephone lines also do not accept incoming calls. They can take up to 24 hours to respond to an email (the only way to contact them, short of driving to their office and banging on the window, presumably).
Positives:
My order did eventually show up, although was again almost an hour late from the end of the new two-hour time slot offered. I guess the clothes were clean and nothing was missing. Sorry guys, this doesn't quite push the review to two stars.
Not recommended. Go elsewhere. Caveat emptor.

Great and consistent service!
I’m a Laundrapp customer for more than 3 years. I’m very happy wit the great service; super friendly staff always pick up and deliver laundry on time and go above and beyond to help.
I mostly use it for bedding and bulky items but have tried it for clothing a few times - everything has come back faultlessly cleaned and nicely folded.
Cudos to the team for keeping the service running in these trying times as well!
The app can be a bit jumpy at times, but generally works well and I haven’t encountered an issue that a restart or reinstall couldn’t solve.

Really awful
Really awful. The delivery didn't arrive, and when I tried to contact them, chat it nonsense, I waited 2 days for a email reply. Their call centre number was difficult to locate, and once I called them there was never a response.
Back and forth emails and tweets, eventually I got my laundry back 7 days later.
Expensive and bang average laundry. Never again.
I hope I get the £25 Amazon voucher for submitting a review. Embarrassing.

Laundrapp is an amazing service, they send you a message a couple of minutes before arriving to your home and send you notifications at each stage of you cleaning process. At all times I have received my laundry super clean and in good condition.

Horrible service
Horrible service! They have continually tried charging my card for one order. When I have tried to call their number, it disconnects and extremely unhelpful on their live chat. I cannot believe how I can't even get a hold of anyone working in the company.
