Good lenses. Bad customer service
I filled out the paperwork online, including my prescription and paid. They sent a box which I mailed back on. Nov18. I didn’t hear from them for a week so wrote them. They replied that they received my frames but not the prescription. I emailed the prescription again. Another week and I heard nothing. Wrote again and they responded they received it. With many times going back and forth, I finally received my sunglasses a month later. Customer service responded but only when I initiated an inquiry. I do like the lenses but thought they should have been emailing that they didn’t receive the prescription and the progress that was being made. If I hadn’t contacted them, I would still be waiting.

Lensabl fixed my lenses!
Lensabl took my old frames that had badly damaged and scratched lenses and they expertly created new lenses using my progressive prescription and they did an excellent job! They are better than lenses I have paid triple the price for!
I am so happy with them and I get to keep the frames I really like!
I will definitely use them again!
Do not do business with Lensabl!
There should be a zero star option. I sent two pair of frames to them and one pair clearly went missing at receiving - the frames were in cases and separated by paper packing material. Their Customer Support keeps stating I only sent one pair and they are not willing to even start to make it right - the frames in question were a nice pair of Oakley titanium frames. I would not trust them with anything after this experience.
Great Customer Service
I ordered a pair of contact lens via lensabl, and their customer service was excellent. Initially, the package got misplaced by the delivery driver, but their customer service was kind enough to ship another order quickly. Ultimately, I am extremely satisfied with using lensabl and would highly recommend their customer service.

Lensabl was the SINGLE WORST CONSUMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
Here’s what happened:
I sent them brand-new Amazon Smart Frames to fit with prescription lenses. After not receiving the glasses/lenses and MULTIPLE unanswered emails, they finally admitted, they lost my original frames.
Then after multiple subsequent emails, they FINALLY agreed to buy me another pair, fit them with lenses, and ship them to Spain (where I had since moved - that's how long this took).
They mishandled the export paperwork, so Spanish customs seized the glasses. I spent MONTHS filling out forms in Spanish, paying almost $100 in taxes, and still never received them.
For nine months, I chased both Lensabl and customs while Lensabl mostly ignored my emails. It was an absolute nightmare. In the end, they refunded me only for the lenses, not the frames.
When the glasses were FINALLY sent back to Lensabl by Spanish customs and Lensabl re-shipped to my address, I discovered they even managed to order the wrong style frames. After all that time, money, and frustration, the replacement was USELESS.
I am almost 70, and I can honestly say I have NEVER EVER dealt with a company this incompetent. They mishandled my property, failed in the most basic customer service, and wasted nearly a year of my life.
Bottom line... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR EYEWEAR. Their incompetence is STAGGERING!
Can’t even get the return box shipped
I placed an order for two sets of replacement lenses two weeks ago. They created a shipping label for the box to return my frames in but after 8 days, it never actually shipped. I contacted customer service (no phone and slow email response) and they apologized for the delay and offered to overnight the box at no charge. That was Monday. They created a UPS shipping label Tuesday but as of Wednesday night, they still have not shipped the box. It has now been two weeks since ordering and they haven’t managed to ship the return box.
A+ Quick turnaround - Exactly what I asked for
I am so impressed with Lensabl! From start to finish, the entire process of getting my new lenses was incredibly simple and efficient. The turnaround time was quick and the quality is absolutely perfect. I'm extremely satisfied with the final product and the excellent service provided by the team. I'll be using Lensabl exclusively for all my future lens replacements. Many thanks to the entire Lensabl team for such a fantastic experience!
Customer service...you are on your own!
I had 3 specific questions about a $152 order I was ready to place. The only way to get customer service is through email. It takes them 24 to 72 hours to reply, and you can tell they did not read your email. I tried 5 times over 6 days to get 3 simple questions answered without any response from them. You have a lot of choices for online lenses and frames. Do NOT use Lensable! They are awful!
Very quick to take my money…Delivery ????
Very quick to take my money immediately. Supposed to send a box, five days later the box has not left their location, yet I'm supposed to assume they will deliver a product in a reasonable time. They provide no number on their website to call and do not respond to emails.

Ordered Meta glasses May 22nd it is July 14th. Every week there is a new excuse. I am so frustrated with this site I could scream.
Great customer service
I ordered a pair of lenses to add to an existing pair of sunglass frames that I already owned. The glasses were a gift and I was worried about shipping them off to a website based company.
However the staff at Lensable was responsive and kept me informed every step of the way.
I love my new prescription sunglasses and will use Lensable again.
When my frames were returned and…
When my frames were returned and promptly broke (plastic can become brittle over time), they replaced my frames with very comparable ones. It took a long time (about 2 months?) to receive the replacement glasses, but the quality is great, the frames are so nice, and customer services is very friendly. Communication was a little spotty between steps of verifying they were solving my issue with broken frames, but I am very happy they were able to replace my favorite frames with similar ones in my case. Would use Lensabl again for sure.

Very bad quality of customer service
Very bad quality of customer service. A new pair of glasses took them three times to do it right more than six weeks of time. In the process, I was so sick of their attitudes. My very first experience with them many years ago was excellent. However, last year, I went back to them for my 2nd pair of new glasses. The quality has degraded substantially.
I have perfect vision again
I wear silhouette frames and I’ve had two pairs of silhouettes one made from a mail order firm, which I don’t recall, and one made from my optician who is a high-end optician in my area in both I had fuzzy vision, basically from the moment that I got them, and my vision has been sliding due to glaucoma anyways, but when I got these frames back with your new lenses, I literally could not believe how well I could see I was watching YouTube videos and checking the definition quality because I could not believe I was looking at 1080 and I couldn’t believe I’ve been seeing fuzzy all these years so you did a great job on my glasses and thank you very much. I used to be afraid to drive at night because I couldn’t see the road very well and now I can see just as well as I did when I was younger.
Slippery with "UPS next day shipping"…
Slippery with "UPS next day shipping" and poor customer service.
Because I was leaving the country, I needed the box delivered ASAP, which is why I opted for the expedited 1-day delivery ($75). That order was made 5/30. I did not receive the box until 6/5. I assume most of the time elapsed is "processing" time--though no real explanation was offered. When I engaged customer service via email to cancel order, they repeated asked for the issue even though it's in the email thread. They then attempted to dissuade me from canceling by offering a 5% discount to the order while also warning me of the return fee ($20 for expedited). Just a disappointing experience.
Excellent lens quality and customer service …
The replacement lenses in my glasses are top quality. My vision is clearer with these eyeglasses than with my other new glasses from my optometrist. I found the service good with them adding an additional discount when the offer came through after my order. Lensabl was also comfortable with my frame which is high end titanium but not new. Another company made me sign a waiver for a similar frame. A minor complaint is the time it took to receive after shipping out my frames but it was well worth the wait!
I am a glasses collector of sorts
I love my glasses and as Rx's change over the years, it is expensive to change lenses on multiple pairs of glasses. I was so happy when I found Lensabl and have been so pleased with the results. Excellent quality, great pricing and the one time that something wasn't right (I have used them 7-8 times) they fixed it right away. And these lens are not just adequate. They're gorgeous. Thank you, Lensabl.
