These guys are theives

I ordered some ray band meta shades (non prescription) and its been almost a month and no progress with my order. No info on when i will receive them and when i reach out to customer service they tell me the same thing that i cannot cancel my order once production has started. Rayban makes them so im confused on how they even need to go through a production process. I paid $400 that im probably not gonna get back there must be a way to sue these guys because i really need my money back

I used their online eye appointment to renew my prescription and the results were very wrong. customer service is so of the worst I have encountered. I'm glad I did not spend a bunch of money on a pair of glasses that would not work. It was so wrong I wonder if I received a different person's prescription numbers on mine. I had my eyes tested in real life and my prescription was changed a very small amount. I don't recommend them or their services.

Lenable charged me for a contact lens…

Lensabl charged me for a contact lens purchase, then notified me that they would not fill the order because I did not have an updated prescription. After refusing to fill the order, they did not refund the money they charged to my debit card. I would not ever use them.

My order was for lenas replacement

My order was for lenas replacement, although the "replacement" was for lenses in a new frame without prescription glasses.

When I received the glasses, I couldn't read or use the computer with them. I contacted Lensabl (there is no phone option), and I found the customer service to be quite awful.

After that, I did have the frames adjusted, and, it turns out, that the lenses are appropriate However, this does not justify the poor customer service. Before the adjustment, they refused to even consider that they had done anything wrong.

There are lots of options for ordering lens replacements online. I strongly do NOT recommend Lensable. I did have good experience with Overnight Glasses, and I would recommend that company.

Poor Chat Response/ Poor Customer Service

I chatted with four reps four different times. I started when they offered a 30% discount and Jove dropped our chat. Started over and asked them if they would replace lenses in my old frames. Sent photos of my frames and prescription several times with no response. They finally said they would replace my lenses with only a 15% discount. I asked to talk to a manager. I told her that I started my chats when they offered 30% and that they should honor it. She said no and so I wasted my time on poor customer service.

False Ad about Serving Meta Glasses

Responded to their online ad about providing lenses for Meta Rayband glasses. Followed the instructions, paid, money, and sent glasses. Received a response a week after they received them that they do not serve Meta glasses and required $20.00 to send them back. Shocked after responding to their ad and they accepted my order where detailed information about glasses provided. Do not use. Bad service and will demand money to get your glasses back

Most thoughtful resolution

Most thoughtful resolution for an unfortunate situation. My eyeglasses were damaged durung my most recent order and after some email coordination, Lensable offered a refund and replacement frames are on the way. I've had one positive order experience before this most recent situation so I would consider ordering again and appreciate their dedication to a fair resolution.

Poor job on lenses

Poor job on lenses. First time I got a reply that they caught a problem before shipping and we remaking the replacement lenses. Got them and the prescription in on eye was worse than without their lens! Big time hassle to send back and let them try again as they stated it was done in accordance with my Rx. BS, they may have tried to do it but they failed. After further thought didn't even want them messing with it again, I'll go to another source and check reviews first!!!

AR Coating Not Done

They almost always get my orders wrong. This time I had two pairs of glasses, Ahlem and Jacques Marie Mage, fitted with lenses. However they forgot to add AR Coating to both pairs. And I specifically said that I wanted AR Coating applied to both sides of lenses despite tint being applied. Even if they offered to fix it, it's a hassle to ship frames this expensive and pay for shipping insurance. Would not recommend Lensabl.

Buyer Beware

Buyer beware. I ordered over a thousand dollars worth of sunglasses and glasses lens replacements, using two different prescriptions that I uploaded. One for long distance driving and one for computer glasses. Every single pair I sent them was cut using the computer glasses prescription, rendering the sunglasses I use for driving (long distance) completely useless. They claim they only received one prescription via upload, which is false, because I know I uploaded both and listed the sunglasses all as "Long Distance." Why doesn't their website show your uploads when I go into my account to read my order? *because sketchy* I actually had to email them and ask how my order was going because it was taking them so long (nothing after three weeks of receiving all the frames). I'm guessing that they were already at that point second guessing that they'd done the lenses wrong, because after several correspondences with their customer service representative, they told me there's nothing they could do but offer me a 25% discount toward re-doing all of the glasses. I told them thanks, but no thanks and then sent every pair Lensabl messed up to LensDirect instead. Same replacements were more than $300 less, so right off the bat, I saved money going elsewhere. Prior to this, I was a loyal customer, but if their technicians can't figure out that the script they're cutting for isn't matching the "long distance" noted in their order checklist, why not reach out to the customer instead of going ahead with the entire order (9 pairs!) I wish I'd have read more reviews before purchasing with them again. They've obviously gone downhill in both their services provided and their customer service. I will never use them again.

Review: Deceiving Campaign Ad

Review:

I had a terrible experience with Lensable. Their website claims they can handle “any frames,” but they don’t support Ray-Ban Stories, which I only discovered after waiting about 10 business days and having to contact them myself. They insist they sent an email on November 26, but I could not find it, and their website tracking page only shows my frames are “in the lab,” with no mention of an issue. When I reached out to customer service via chat, they were dismissive, insisting the email was sent, despite no clear communication through their tracking system. To make matters worse, they are charging $25 for canceling the order, even though the failure to process was entirely on their end. This company is deceitful and a complete waste of time. Avoid them at all costs!

Every dime was worth it

Every dime was worth it. I am absolutely elated with my beautiful new Lensabl lenses with James Oro frame. I can't tell enough people how happy I am with my glasses. I'm 55 years old and can honestly say these are best glasses I have ever owned. Fit is perfect and vision is perfectly sharp and no blind spots. Totally in love with my James Oro prescription glasses. Thank you sincerely.

The worst company by far

If is there is less than one star I would have done it. The worst experience I have ever had. Nightmare of customers support. Wrote them e mail after email and no response. Almost $400 for new glasses. I can’t wear. Can not read or use it for my laptop. The glasses you got for 5 dollars from Walmart are much better quality.

What a great service

What a great service, and their work is beautiful. I sent them high end Matsuda frames with a complex prescription. They requested to do the lenses twice, to meet the highest standard, as the script was complex, and they did. Simply the best, most dead on, out of the box script I’ve ever had. Spend the most you can on the best lenses you can afford, Lensable will not disappoint. Period

Complete Scam

Complete Scam - I sent my frames to them almost a month ago, and I am still waiting for my glasses back. You contact customer support and you never hear anything. Finally tried chatting and they can only contact the lab to try to find out timing. Phone number does not work (they admit they are trying to fix this, but it is broken). Now they are trying to charge me for lenses they never provided and I am fighting them to get my frames back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
