I ordered new lenses for sunglass frames that I sent to Lensabl. What I received was nowhere close to my prescription. Both SPHs and Axis #s were not even close, confirmed by my local Optometrist at my next appointment. Contacted support and they offered a remake at 25% off of MSRP (or 75% of full price). This was the best they could do, and they further tried to claim that made them correctly. Apparently, somehow they used an old prescription in my account and not the PDF prescription I uploaded to the order. They will not own their mistake and they will not make it right. I will never use Lensabl again, I suggest you avoid them at all costs or you will be out

Recently had an experience with Lensabl. My frames were returned completely warped. One of the lens was forced into the frame at the wrong angle, completely warping and destroying my glasses. Lensabl refuses to reimburse me for my glasses, and refuses to to even offer me a refund for the order. Best they offered was an extra 10% off! Customer service has been atrocious. Beyond frustrating experience. All together I'm out over $600. Do not order from Lensabl.

This was a no hassle service. The best part was that I got to experience was getting the measurements and the PD measurements via computer. More importantly, the lens are quality. And price was and is right.

Love the ease of ordering online lenses for my own frames. At 76 even I can do this.

Ordering was easy and turn around time was quick. They keep you updated on the progress of your order. I am so happy to have my favorite sunglasses back in a new prescription!

This is my 3rd time using Lensabl & I had to write a review because I’ve read several negative ones. The first 2 experiences were flawless. Easy instructions, they communicated with me along the way, lenses delivered on time & with correct script.

This time, the lab broke my frames.

They immediately contacted me & tried to find a comparable replacement. I should mention they were old frames that aren’t made anymore & when I took them to a lens replacement shop in person they wouldn’t even attempt the job. So- not Lensabl’s fault for trying.

The rep I’ve been emailing with has profusely apologized and we decided to refund me, which only took 2 days to go through.

I’ll keep using Lensabl because it’s an all around great experience. Never had a problem, and I’m a UX researcher who evaluates services like this for a living - finding pain points in customer satisfaction. Cannot find any holes to poke with Lensabl. Even when the worst situation happened they handled it well

Great lenses. When I put them on I was like wow, so clear.

Terrible experience with customer service. Chatted with someone said they would get back to me, never did. Then emailed and no response. Now I’m out 500.00 on glasses I hate.

I placed an order on October 3rd. By october 10th it states my order will ship in 6 business days. It is now the 18th of October and there are zero updates! It still says my order will ship in 6 business days. I have left messages multiple ways and not once have I received a reply. What is going on with my order, Lensabl? I am ready to cancel shortly.

Even the darkest Sunglas lenses were not as dark as the ones I had in my raybans

Paid over $600 for glasses, never received. Ordered almost two months ago. Customer service has been a nightmare.

This is the second time I sent Lensabl a vintage frame. Again, they took the time to work carefully and did a great job.

I have used Lensabl before and had no issues. This time the glasses were shipped to the wrong address and returned to Lensabl. I reached out several times and over a week with no response. I did end up receiving the glasses but was disappointed in the lack of communication on this order.

fast and easy! I got my frames back faster than expected and always a great job. 10/10 will use again. this was my and time using lensabl!

I have a difficult lens prescription and they executed it extremely well.

When I bought new glasses two years ago, the lab that produced the lenses took some time, then sent poor lenses. We sent them back, they tried again, and the result was somewhat better, but not great.

Lensabl sent me updates on production. The first attempt failed quality checks so they let me know shipment was delayed. The second attempt was delivered to me, and as noted - awesome.
