Magnificent Job with a fantastic turnaround. Definitely a revisit

I LOVE running and exercising in my Goodr sunglasses, but I am old and can't see my watch! I found this site and was able to order a pair of Goodr glasses with my prescription lenses! They are amazing! Same exact frames, still very light weight, and my lenses are polarized and have the same look as my old Goodr... even though they are bifocals! The order came quickly, and customer service was great. When I inevitably lose or run over or [insert clumsy event here] my glasses, I will definitely re-order!

At first I had a issue with the first pair and without hesitation this company sent me shipping label free of course and allowed me to change the frames and they fixed the issue ASAP... never Had a response like that before. I will definitely be using this company again and again

Let me tell you, I have been trying for YEARS to get lens put into my fathers wire rimmed glasses. They are over 90 years old, and they now have MY PRESCRIPTION! When I got the box, I marveled at how custom and sleek it was! Every part was so well crafted I almost hated to open it. And, when I put the glasses on, I was overwhelmed with my dads presence!!! Thank you SO MUCH!!! You've made an old man wistful again...

Had some concerns regarding the online experience, however all fear were just wasted energy, as the complete product and follow through were an A plus rated!!

I love my finished product! I was worried after ordering because of lack of detailed communication but all that subsided as soon as my sunglasses touch my face

I like the amount of communication you get, letting you know when they have received your frames and when they sent it out after completion. Also the quality of replacement frames as far as the options (type of lens and other options like Transitions, etc.) is great compared to other sites I've tried. They are not the cheapest but they do good work.

While I wish there were a customer service phone number, nonetheless, a great customer service rep (Julie,) followed me through the process of lens replacement for three pairs of glasses, and did a great job. It took a little longer than expected but there were three pairs, so I think that makes sense. The glasses were well packaged, and included cases, cleaner, and cleaning cloths. Thank you, Julie, and thank you, Lensabl!

I ordered progressive lenses for a cost of $362 and basically what I received was some poorly made bifocals that don’t quite line up with my eyes.
I am unable to login to their site as they claim to be implementing a new system. The customer service is awful and I just don’t want the hassle. Progressive lenses aren’t that hard to make as every other brand out there has figured it out. I’m at a loss as to what I want to do other than going to a reputable company for a new property made pair.

On their website you can buy Meta Rayban glasses with prescription lenses. If you do, they order them and ship them to their lab, install the lenses, and ship them to you. Well I paid them $337 and shipped them my Raybans, the exact same model they sell on their website. They said they can’t install lenses in them and offered to either sell me a different pair of glasses or cancel the order, minus a $25 cancellation charge.

They did cave on the $25 and refunded me the full $337. Then they shipped me back my $300 glasses with newly scratched lenses.

So they’re a scam, can’t do what they advertise, try to make you pay for that, and then damage your expensive glasses. Can’t recommend avoiding them enough.

I could not be happier with my new lenses.
The entire process with Lensabl was easy and fast.
I also saved over $500.00. I love it!
I will brag about Lensabl to everyone I see.

I really enjoyed my Lensabl experience. I’ve used a few other sites and their products and service has been garbage. I was concerned because my frames were very expensive so I wanted to insure them when shipped. They were able to help with that. Glasses shipped easily and came back with perfect lenses. Love to see people get it right. Seems like no online retailers stand behind their products anymore or they make it a huge hassle. Will definitely send back next year when my Rx gets updated.

They took a bad thing and made it right.

I sent them a pair of Costa frames to turn into readers. It's one if the great things they do, letting you use just about ANY frame for Rx lenses.

Well, the frames broke at the lab. So what did they do? They asked me for a link to the frames from the Costa website. They purchased a new set. Put my lenses in there, and then sent me the finished product PLUS the sunglass lenses from the new frames.

And they sent it UPS Overnight Air!

That's how you fix a problem.

Just got my new glasses and I’m thrilled with the quality. I’m feeling good in my new look. Great job!

Loved my glasses but I noticed a piece was missing when I first received them but rocked with them anyway because they fit me okay besides when I bent down to pick something up and they’d fall off. Doing this review months ahead from when I first got them because i recently broke them and I’m trying to see if I can return them to get them fixed or if i would have to just buy another pair at this point beings the amount of damage done to them.

I strongly recommend to never consider lensable. I wasted hundreds of dollars, and I could not see using the lensable lens. They remade the prescription after saying it was a quality and PD error.
lensable did re-make my lens, which failed to be usable and will not provide a refund.
The next pair of lenses were also completely unusable.
I ordered the First lens 1/1/2025 and received the end of January. The SECOND re-made pair was ordered 2/1/2025 and I received 2/25/2025. TWO MONTHS of failure with lensable and hundreds of dollars hours holding on the phone, I was only able to REACH ANY SERVICE on Chat then sent an email. HORRIBLE service.
After charging hundreds of dollars, they offered a 25% discount totaling an additional cost of $151, if I wanted to have the lens made for a Third time.
I sent the same prescription to Glassesusa.com and I received today 5 days after ordering. They are EXCELLENT, the first time.

Avoid them at all costs. I promise it’s not worth the savings. They ship contacts every 90 days, except it’s ALWAYS late or delayed. Horrible service. Get contacts anywhere else.
