Good lenses and good customer service

The Rayban frames received back were swapped in the process and probably gotten somebody else's or another pair. My frames were larger. Lens replacement appear good. Placed complaint, but never received reply.

Easy process, low price, and good experiences have brought me back time and again for glasses. Thank you

Great price fast delivery great product

The lenses are lightweight, transition well - but the lens shape seems off from the 3 other glasses I have in the same. The material's also distractingly reflective.

I received my order quickly but the lenses were installed incorrectly- when I put them on my vision was terrible. I finally realized that the prescription had been flipped (the right lens was installed on the left side and vice versa) so I could see if I wore them upside down. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly but didn't seem to believe my issue, it took a few exchanges before they sent me a shipping label to return the pair. After I mailed them back I did not hear from customer service again. A week later I got a shipping notification and fortunately the "fixed" pair is fine. It would have been nice to get an update or message from customer service on the process or a discount code for future orders. I think this is a great idea for a company and am interested in being a return customer but this experience makes me a little hesitant, even though it ended up fine.

Superior quality and systems combined with industry leading value

I used Lensabl for the first time. The price was good, and the final outcome was excellent. I always received clear responses to my questions. High quality service that allowed me to extend the life of the frame i love to wear.

I sent Lensabl a pair of glasses that were almost 20 years old. They were special to me, so I really wanted to revive them. Lensabl worked diligently to put some extremely complicated lenses in the old frames, and sent them back to me BETTER than new! I’m so pleased with the quality of their workmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo!!!

Easy ordering process and my glasses arrived early and exactly as I wanted them!

The quality, clarity and thin profile of the lenses are fantastic. I am very picky about my eye where and was a bit skeptical going in, but once I received the glasses along with the case and cleaning kit, I’m sold.

I ordered my sunglasses to be filled as readers at the bottom. My prescription is only for readers, my long vision is fine. I made the mistake of not choosing progressives, since to my understanding, the top was clear. They filled the order as full readers for my sunglasses. Why would anyone order full reader sunglasses? It’s an understandable mistake, especially if there was a human at the other end to analyze it and call me. But, there are no humans at Lensable, your order goes to a computer not set up to anailize your order. Then your stuck with customer service who’s job it is to say no. You can’t speak to anyone, and who knows whether or not the person on the other end even understands your language. Horrible experience. Maybe we do need artificial intelligence, this group of humans don’t seem use their god given brains very well.

Apart from the shipping period that took a bit longer than I anticipated, it’s my second experience with changing my lenses with Lensabl and I’m happy with my glasses!

Lensabl is First-Class! They handled my order (my owned frames, requiring new prescription lenses) professionally with extraordinary quality and precision. There was a slight issue with my initial lenses, however the entire Lensabl team, handled the return/rework fabulously and stress-free. I LOVE the final product, my lenses are PERFECT👓😎🥰
