Excellent customer service
Lesley despatched my item quickly, but sadly they became lost in transit. As soon as I reported that they hadyet to arrive, Lesley arranged to send a replacement. She called me to let me know what was happening.The shoes arrived today16th June (a Sunday!) and everything is great. Wonderful customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Lesley Ashworth again. Thank you.

Samantha was the most helpful assistant who went out of her way to make the process run smoothly .
I had a coral dress for my daughter’s wedding which I could only send a photograph of as we live so far away and could not visit the shop .
Coral is a difficult match as there are several different shades .
She was able to match the shade perfectly . There is a returns policy as long as you don’t wear the garment which made me feel at ease when ordering the hattinator but that was not necessary as it was a perfect match .
The only downfall was the silver band on it which dug in a bit but I was going to get it covered in fabric as will be wearing it a long time .I have since contacted Lesley Ashworth and she has advised me how to widen the band on my hat !! how clever is that ?

Packaged in a sturdy box with added packaging enabling the fascinator to arrive safely. Would buy from this company again.

Stunning Hatinator
Lots of choice, the item is lovely and delivered safely. I was very pleased as I was able to find a large hatinator whereas most online stores sell much smaller.
