I feel like I was taken advantage of and being sold things I did not need. All I wanted was the micro pendant for my mom. By the time the rep was done the monthly cost was up to $130. When I later asked her to remove the gps and panic buttons she made it sound like it would only make Pennie’s of a difference and did not want to change anything. Pennie’s add up when it’s by 24hr x 30 days. My mom is an 85 yr old widow and she cannot afford that. I got the shipment on hold but when I asked Jasmine Turner to verify it is cancelled she ignores me. She never ignored me prior to this request. I called customer care to make sure it’s cancelled and that my card won’t get charged, but they sent me through a half dozen people and finally right back to Jasmine. How am I supposed to make sure this is cancelled when the rep ignores me?
Paying commission to sell this for you is not the best plan imo

Jasmine is personable, easy to understand, and knowledgeable. She provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision. She was patient and answered all of our questions.
