Great service and down to earth communication!
Bob communicated with both clinics to arrange the paperwork and dates. Transport on the day then went smoothly, despite a bit of traffic!
The only advice I would give is, if the distance required allows, let the team know up front if you don’t want an overnight transfer. We hadn’t considered it but realised we didn’t want it when that option was presented for an earlier transfer date.

We transferred our Embryo from the UK to N. Ireland and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend Life on Ice for anybody needing to undertake this process.

Life on Ice did a fanastic job of transporting my frozen gametes. At the start of the process Bob clearly communicated and answered questions about the process. For the transport itself, Bob worked with both clinics to arrange date (took three times to find a suitible day). During this process Bob kept me updated about the ongoing status.

For me, this was more than worth the fee. I know from personal expereince that one of the clinics is difficult to work with. Being able to trust Life on Ice to coordinate the transport end to end was a huge weight off my shoulders, and the transport itself went off without a hitch.

We are so thankful we used Life on Ice to transfer our frozen embryo from London to Sheffield as the whole process went so smoothly. I was completely and utterly stressed, we had to organise, and arrange transferring our embryos from Clinic A to Clinic B to which they were not communicating with them accordingly, and time was against me. I had started ovulating, and Clinic B was eager for the embryos to be transferred straightaway and asked me to call Life on Ice to chase things up. As you can imagine, this was the last straw for me as I was completely exhausted and upset, but I knew no one was going to sort this out do yes, better for me just to do it. I called up and spoke to Bob, I explained everything, the clinic's aren't really talking to one another, me and my husband have completed all consent forms, Clinic B have asked me to monitor ovulation was has been a success and that the embryos are needed now, I even said to Bob it has all been left last minute which is what I wanted to avoid especially on a Friday, however, if collection could be made in a couple of days then great, if not then that's ok the clinic's shouldn't have allowed this huge delay, Bob said he'll see what's what, it is a bit tight but he'll be in touch. Good enough, Bob called me back Monday morning, and we're all booked in to collect our embryos. Finally so good news, I then updated both clinics, finalised paperwork, and delivery was completed for Tuesday which meant me and my husband proceeded with treatment Wednesday. It was all that simple with Bob, done, completed, stress free.

We were recommended Life on Ice from both our outbound and inbound clinic to transport frozen eggs. It was the only provider that both clinics suggested which we believed was a good sign. From our first interaction with Bob, we knew we were in the safest of hands. All communication was clear and concise with a level of empathy that all people in these situations need.

We felt that life on ice was a very reassuring service when we read their transfer policy and all the safety measures which were put in place as part of their policy. Bob’s communication was clear and professional and he liaised with the clinics on our behalf to arrange the transfer as soon as possible.
