I didn’t even want to leave 1 star but had to in order to be able to leave comment …my daughter doesn’t wear her bracelet in the water or sleep and in less than 2 weeks it’s green

It's beautiful but it came tarnished already. Clearly the gold isn’t applied correctly because the bracelet looks silver.

If I could give it a zero I would. Took too long to arrive. Arrived broken. I reached out immediately and there still has not been a resolution. I ended up taking the bracelet somewhere to be fixed out of my own pocket and now the bracelet is already tarnishing. Big waste of money and I’ll never order from here again.

The gold faith bracelet loses its color over time I only wore it twice and the color is changing into a red color and the silver bubble letter bracelet is honestly super cute had no problems with the color fading.

The bracelets look amazing but the shipping is looooonnnng. It’s the only reason I can’t leave a 5 star review.

I ordered 2 bracelets and within a week both of them had color change on the bracelet and a few of the charm letters color have change to a rose gold

Never got my order they lied and said they tried to deliver it but never did. I contacted customer support who lied and try to blame the post office but the post office has been able to deliver all my other orders. Requested a refund so I can go buy my wife another Mother’s Day gift as the bracelet was meant for Her. After this experience I will never again order from this company and will tell anyone who asks about how horrible this experience has been

I have now bought 8 of these. Started with me and my daughter. Than my nieces. My cousin and co-workers. They’re gorgeous and sturdy. Made well and beautifully shiny and eye catching.

I would have loved if you guys had given me the opportunity to get the second item for the bogo which I had forgot to select before making my order.

I bought a bracelet for me and my mom. My mom's bracelet turned her wrist green and mine is tarnished on the clamp piece. We've only had the bracelets for a week and a couple of days.

It snapped after a week of wearing

Bracelet is missing the end piece on one end of pull chain. I sent a message and have not heard back. Also, I ordered a bracelet prior to this one which is already losing the gold color.

I loved the way my bracet looked, but it turned my arm green and has one of the chains has broken off. I have only had it a few weeks.

Bracelet was beautiful but despite the company claiming that the jewelry doesn't change colors or tarnish my bracelet tarnished within a week of receiving.

I ordered two name bracelets for Mother’s Day, one for me and one for my sister. I received my sister’s bracelet, but the one meant for me has someone else’s name on it. I emailed your company to let you know about the issue, but I still haven’t received a response from anyone.

As much as I really like the bracelets, I won’t be purchasing from your company again due to the lack of communication regarding this issue.
