As always Grund products are top class, I have bought them for years. My first purchases where from Prague.

I am happy with the bath rugs, and am enjoying them. I am glad they are chemical free.

No response from customer service with 4 attempts. Does anyone work there? The product is nice but I’m having problems with an exchange.

The quality of the hand towels was better than had found elsewhere. Have just moved from the Bay Area to the Midwest, and have to fill up a house with various thigs, which I did not take. Your hand towels are quite excellent.

I never got a confirmation email, tracking number or response to my emails asking to verify my order. I did however, eventually receive my order and am pleased with the product. Communication just needs to be better so ordering isn't such a stressful experience.

Purchased rugs on 3/9. After 1.5 weeks contacted the company by email for the status of the items. NO response from the company until I contacted my credit card company to get a refund since the purchased items had not been received and I could not get a response from the company. The day after I contacted my CC company I miraculously heard from Grund saying they are a small company and they didn’t have my purchased items in stock. So buyer beware. Even if an item is in stock, Grund will willingly take your money. And won’t respond to your emails until your credit card company contacts them.

I have emailed several times trying to get a return authorization for a rug that was sent in error. I have received at least 4 marketing emails but not one response to my questions. I ordered white rugs, and two of the three I purchased were sent correctly, but the last one that was sent was tan. Will not be ordering from you again.

I need 3 more Organic Puro bath rugs

Towels are thick, soft, and very generous in size. Organic cotton is a huge plus. Website is easy to navigate. Order was a little slow to arrive.

I have several Grund rugs and towels. Their quality is top notch! They are plush organic cotton, wash well, and maintain their color. The reversible rugs are SO thick and good to your feet! Also, they are made in the USA!

Your rug was of the highest quality, and I received it within the timetable that the company stated. Beautiful color and texture

There is 3‘ x 6‘ organic tiles. I stopped an amazing made.

The second time I’m ordering these sheets I liked the first ones so much. They are just basic nice organic sheets they wash well, they feel good. And that’s all I want.

4 emails sent without response. first 3 were within 24 hours to cancel an order placed on a weekend day. no response. The order was sent out days after my request to cancel--so there was plenty of time to have done so. when the rug arrived, I emailed to arrange a return. that was 2 or 3 days ago and still no response. next step will be to dispute charge with my bank.

They say their towels are high quality, but the color fades off and exposes this weird orange color despite following their care instructions. I reached out to customer support multiple times and they failed to respond.

Two rugs were delivered with colors reversed from order -- have tried to reach customer service, the returns department, anyone -- BUT there is no phone number, no address for returns, and there has been no response to multiple emails. While rug quality is good, there are too expensive not to be able to correct mistakes. I do NOT plan on ordering from Live Gund ever again. Extremely frustrated.

Very impressed with the quality. Haven't washed/dried yet, so we will see how they hold up with time, but they look and feel much better than the synthetic mats we used to have. Nonslip backing keeps them in place well.

I never received a confirmation email on my purchase, nor a timely delivery time. However, my credit card was charged right on time! I like your products, but my credit card was immediately charged on the 9th of August! I had no idea if the rugs were going to be delivered or if so, when!

I ordered 4 of the organic Charleston bath rugs in the slate gray. 3 came in the slate gray and the other came in ivory. They were supposed to be all slate gray. Also, I 've washed them 3 times and they still smell musty. I emailed you about this, but I haven't received a response.

Oh my gosh I absolutely LOVE these rugs! This is my second purchase & I'm sure there will be more in my future! The quality & sustainability of the materials, the company's vision & commitment and the comfort & beauty of these rugs are exceptional! Our old family dog won't even jump up on the bed unless one of the Grund rugs is there to help his launch! Thank you for creating such a wonderful product!
