No response from customer service with 4 attempts. Does anyone work there? The product is nice but I’m having problems with an exchange.

Horrible Experience with Live Grund
If there were a choice for zero stars that’s what I would be choosing. I ordered 3 bath mats on October 14 and my credit card was charged $279. I have never received an order confirmation or any correspondence from Live Grund (except for this email) even though I have called twice and left messages and also emailed twice, with absolutely no call or email back. I am contacting my credit card company to remove the charge.

Costly but worthwhile
We saw these rugs in one of those stores that have a bit of everything and did not find enough of what we needed. So, online we went and found the Live Grund site. Clearly more expensive than your regular bath rug but even more clear, well worth it. Very much worthwhile. The feel, the quality. All of it.

Poor customer service
The quality of the bath rugs are luxurious however; I can’t say the same for the bath towels and the customer service response time is poor. It’s been almost a week and no one has a responded to my email concern about defective items I received.

Great rug
I was looking for a larger white rug that is washable and this rug perfectly fits the bill. I loved it so much I bought 2 so I can rotate them. The rugs arrived very quickly and look great.

You charged my credit card immediately
You charged my credit card immediately, without having my items ready to ship. That took over seven weeks and you would not answer any emails or any other means of contact. Not good business practice. Tells me you are on the verge of going under. Would never do business with your company again.

I had an absolutely terrible…
I had an absolutely terrible experience. Bath mat rugs did not match each other in color. And were different (yellowish) than the website. Emails from me to Customer Service were not responded to. I could not find a phone number to talk to live customer service rep. I had been a repeat (satisfied) customer. Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism of GRUND. I deserve a full refund, yet there was no recourse or any way to connect with Grand that was responded to I will never shop with Grund again. If I sound mad I am. I am not someone who typically says ‘I’ll never shop there again’. In fact, I’m not sure I’ve ever said anything like that but in this case it’s true. Very bad experience.

I purchased rugs from this company, the rugs didn't come with non-slip grips so I asked to return them, I have an RMA number but they don't give you an address to return and eric doesn't respond to emails

I ordered with them in the past but can't recommend them any longer. They sent the wrong color of product and customer service won't reply via email, website form or chat over the course of weeks, and they haven't gotten back to me about a return after a week of using their return process. Sadly, I suggest avoiding them.
