No response from customer service with 4 attempts. Does anyone work there? The product is nice but I’m having problems with an exchange.

No Formaldehydes
Okay, I’m obsessed with this ivory throw from Live Grund. It’s 100% organic cotton, so none of the gross stuff that’s usually in blankets, like formaldehyde finishes, flame retardants, harsh chemical dyes, or those scratchy synthetic fibers. It’s just soft, cozy, and I don’t have to think twice about snuggling up with it. Honestly, it’s one of those easy swaps that just feels better all around.

It starts with not getting a email for…
It starts with not getting a email for the order. then the customer service was nonexistent . I emailed 3 times and only an automated response. I called 2 or 3 times and only a message machine.
HOWEVER….. when I received the two organic bath mats they were exactly what I wanted!!! So hopefully the quicks will be worked out and I will order through them again!

Awesome sheets and towels!
The sheets launder well, fit our king nicely, and are very comfortable. The towels are soft and thirsty. We're enjoying everything, recommending Grund to our family and friends, and will purchase more in the future.

Live Grund is our favorite bed and bath brand!
Live Grund is great! We love our bath towels and mats. I love stepping out of the shower onto something dry, absorbant, and SOFT. It feels so good. The towels feel amazing too, and they stay fluffy even after washing them. The are a good size, and feel thick and plush. We are very happy with our purchases and the whole Live Grund experience! Will definitely buy more.

I will order again
I love the sheets, bath mats and towels I bought. Scanning the QR code to get a tracking number and track the order didn't work for me. I emailed Grund inquiring about a tracking number. I didn't receive an email back right away. Thought I would wait a week before I emailed again. I didn't have too. 6 days after I emailed, I received an email saying the order shipped. Fine by me. everything arrived beautiful.
