Extremely poor customer service. I purchased a bathrobe for my partner as a Christmas gift, and ordered it early to ensure it would arrive on time for Christmas. My partner opened the gift containing the bathrobe on Christmas Day, and it turns out the robe is too large for her. I asked to return it, but was refused because it did not fall within the 30-day return period. Even though I explained the reason for the delay (my partner could not open the gift until Christmas), and noted the bathrobe was unused and unworn, Lisa Hill at Grund refused to assist me and was rude in the process. Clearly, Grund cares about profits and not customer satisfaction.

I placed an order for 2 full bath sets in late October. I received one set in early November. Emailed the company about it. They stated they would send me the rest of my order, but they never did. Now it is late December, they will not respond to my emails. I have tried calling multiple times. No one has ever answered or returned any calls from the voice-mails I have left. I love the 1 set of towels I got from them, but extremely unhappy that I received only half of what I bought, and cannot even get a refund for the rest of the order.
I hate resorting to the option of leaving a poor review, but I have exhausted any other method of contacting this company and do not want this to happen to anyone else because their products are at premium prices.

Horrible Customer Service. I ordered a bathroom rug from this Company, but decided to get one with the sticky backing instead. After emailing them for a return and after 6 emails, they finally gave me a return label. I sent the rug back 3 months ago, have emailed them and called them for my refund and have yet to see it. This is after they told me I would see my credit in 6 days. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing yet. Stay away from this Company!

I ordered two asheville denim blue bath rugs. But I received the sea blue which is more of a gray. very disappointed. will not shop here again.

Unbelievable that I had to request instructions to make a return for 2 weeks. After sending my item back where it was signed for at the warehouse, I still.have not gotten a refund in over 3 months.
I have lost count over how many emails and calls I have made. Only to get an email response every few weeks. Three people have been in contact with me and yet no money has been returned. This company is unprofessional. This experience has been obnoxious.

I was looking for the most eco friendly bath mat I could find and found Grund as a recommended product. I ordered a cotton bath mat with a “100% natural rubber” backing. When I got the mat I noticed there were was no information the tag about the backing, so I contacted customer service to ask what the end of life for the rubber was. I was then informed that the backing was polyurethane and told that it was eco friendly (which it is not). I explained that the site advertised the backing as 100% natural rubber and I would not have bought from them if I knew it was a plastic backing. The customer service rep then told me (via a copy and pasted line from the first website that comes up when you search polyurethane rubber) that “polyurethane contains rubbers”. I again explained that polyurethane was not “100% natural rubber” in any definition of the product and requested that the product information on the site be changed as it was not truthful and/or greenwashing as it stood. I did not receive any response to this so as of now I am an unsatisfied customer and cannot recommend this company as behaving ethically. The non plastic part of the product is as advertised which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

How the hell can I review anything when I still have not received ANYTHING after 3 weeks. There is something wrong with your company and your polling practices when you continue to ask me about item NEVER Received. It seems there is a total scam going on. I will be contacting my credit card company or PayPal tomorrow to claim this obvious fraud.

I absolutely love the Asheville collection of rugs. Nothing else compares!

My only slight complaint would be trying to get the two sizes in the same color when I want it.

Also, the colors on the website don’t really match reality. I might suggest you post multiple pictures from different angles and maybe even brighter and dimmer light!

This bathroom room is very luxurious and soft. This is the first Organic Bath Rug I have purchased and I am glad I got this one from GRUND.

I'm excited about trying out these towels as I have a hard time keep bath towels soft. During the ordering process I mistakenly only ordered two bath towels instead of four. The picture shows a set of bath, hand and face towels so think I got a bit confused! We use two towels a week so I like to have four altogether. The shipment took over two weeks but it was during the holidays. I'm looking forward to trying out the towels and have ordered two more bath and two hand towels.

I have not yet gotten my products yet I get messages every day to review my experience. It’s one purchase of many and very frustrating to receive so many emails.

The items I received (bath rug and towels) all live up to their photos and descriptions. I am anxious to start using them.

We ordered on 12/21 and got our order on 12/24. Pretty amazing since it was holiday rush time. The rugs we ordered all fit and are of good quality. We got the Asheville Sage color, and the color is a mite more minty than envisioned but lovely, fresh, and new. The towels feel “thirsty” though they have not been used yet. I thought we should have been able to use our 15% off for first time buyers but couldn’t because rugs already discounted I was told. OK, we are happy.

Great service, getting it to us quickly, the product, the quality..... I love the rug I bought. I plan to buy one at a time only because of the prices. The rug is worth what I paid, I just can’t spend that much all at once. I will wait until I have the money rather than shop anywhere else.

Just wonderful company. The best in the world.
