I receive my rugs today! The quality is unbelievable. They are thick and feel wonderful when you walk on them. Very plush. Thank you!!!

Excellent rug. I bought the oval, 21 x 34 in the color driftwood. It is so soft and comfy to stand on and looks great (in front of my vanity/sink). Love that it's reversible and the color is beautifully neutral. Sooooo wish it was available in a Bigger size.

We received our first order from Grund, bath towels and a bath rug. They are beautiful and well made. The color, slate gray, was exactly as it showed on the website. They are the best towels we have ever had, the perfect weight, not too heavy, not too light. My husband appreciates the generous size because he is a tall guy. The rug fits under the door of our bathroom. In fact, I just ordered another rug. I had several questions before I ordered, and Eric was quick to answer and corrected a mistake I made when using a coupon. I have never had this level of response from a company. I highly recommend Grund.

I purchased Two sets of towels after having purchased floor mats. Washed the towels prior to use. Generated ALOT of lint after the first wash in the Dryer. Beware clean out frequently the lint collector while drying. Will see how the lint issue is after future washings. Towels appear substantial.

Have bought several times from Grund. Products are overall excellent in quality, but we have had a couple of issues due to towels and rugs not holding color. They state they are replacing them. So far in a week, have not seen replacements. Maybe Christmas rush? The reason for 2 stars, is the lack of someone to answer the phone and very poor messaging. They state there is no one available to answer the phone and call again later. How about taking my phone number and calling me back? Novel idea? Also, did get a quick response to email and then I wrote back with another question to the person who had orginially emailed me. Now day 4 with no response. In general, customer service is poor.

Absolutely a perfect bath rug in every regard even that the cotton has no smell is perfect for our living environment. Truly outstanding quality.

The bathroom rugs are beautiful and the quality is excellent. Everything was nicely packaged and arrived in good condition. The color was the same as advertised. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I bought two rugs for the bathroom and couldn't be happier. One has the non-slip backing and is wonderful. The other is a LONG one that is so luxurious. It can be reversed, which is also handy.

I really love these sheets! Soft, crisp, breathe & wash well, and aren't too "slippery". Excellent customer service, and a price point I can live with during these difficult times. All around 5+ star experience. I will be a return customer for sure!

I still don't have my purchase and I'm worried it may have been delivered to the wrong person.

Bath rug was shipped in flimsy plastic bag, which easily snagged in shipping. Rug was snagged. Had to be replaced. Customer service rep was very cordial - 5 stars on customer service rep. Would suggest using a more durable shipping bag of heavier plastic if you choose to ship in bag vs box. :-)

Quality of rug is very good, thick/heavy, high quality cotton.

Love the sale price. My new bath mat is perfectly soft and absorbent! Perfect!
