LiveWest Reviews

A very professional and helpful company, I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

The operatives arrived on time explained fully what they were doing, were polite and efficient and did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards

I recently had a new kitchen fitted and Craig was absolutely amazing. He worked so hard turning a very old yellow kitchen into something that looks straight from a showroom. The standard of his work was of the highest quality. My kitchen looks amazing and I hope my thanks get sent on to Craig. He is a brilliant asset to you

From the beginning of choosing colours everything was done with care and respect.
Collin Bishop was a magician, he turned my worn out ugly kitchen into something of beauty. His attention to detail was exceptional and he was very considerate and kind towards my disability.
Thank you Collin and you’re welcome anytime for a cup of green tea and biscuits 😍

Mike was AMAZING fitting my new bathroom, everything he did was to the highest standards possible, not one thing I can say I was disappointed with, I left Monday and came home Thursday to a brand new bathroom, home was super clean and tidy. Very attentive kept me upto date on progress. Also he was a really lovely guy, he worked hard all week. Thank you Mike.

Dont know where to start here

This company is a disaster, ive lived in a livewest flat for 12 years in weston-"super"-mare, and EVERY day for 12 years straight my flat stunk of cannabis due to my neighbour downstairs being a stonor and drug dealer, it got so bad it was making me feel sick, and after at least 5 complaints to livewest they continued to do NOTHING about the problem, ive also had my bike stolen twice by my neighbour downstairs thats also been in prison twice for over a year a time for theft, drugs and driving without a licence.

I am a chronic anxiety sufferer and yet this company still did nothing, getting out of this flat was the best thing i ever did, ive bought my own house now so good riddance.

Ive lived in HELL for 12 years, it even got to the point that in the end the doors were slamming all night, and very loud music until at least 4am in the morning, there was constant drugs and his flat was used as a drug dealing drop off point, livewest have not helped me in any way whatsoever to sort this problem, instead they told me to "move out" i know right!

And to top everything off, at least 5 of my neighbours were either dealing drugs or stealing things from other peoples gardens, yet again livewest dont seem to understand the concept of a tenency agreement.

Please stay away from this company, you have been warned

Had a total bathroom refit.
Dave did a tremendous job, very clean.
Dave talked me through everything that I wanted and where
He is a total asset to your company.

Had Carl doing my bathroom ..top man .im a single mum .he made me at ease all week he was here.and absolutely smashed the work ..professional and done an amazing job so thank you 👍

The service i recieved from the workmen who fitted my new kitchen was friendly, polite. Tidy up behind their selves everytime they finished for the day. The workmanship was first class.

Firstly at last the guttering has been repaired today,21/04/2026 after coming down on the 20/01/2026,over 12 weeks to get it done. For me that is not acceptable. The customer service team have been great trying to sort this out,but every time they tried getting hold of the roofing team there was no answer every time they tried the office. May be more people in the roofing office to man the phones. Kind regards Robin Dugay Greenhill Road, Plymouth, Pl99fd.

We recently had our bathroom replaced by Sean the bathroom fitter and Eric the electrician. They were very polite and have done a fantastic job.

We recently had a full bathroom refurbishment, and the entire experience was made as smooth and comfortable as possible for us. From the initial contact, the planning team worked around our schedule to find the most suitable time for the work to take place.

This was followed by a visit from CDT Graham, who explained the planned work in detail and ensured the new bathroom would meet our family’s needs. We were also given a great range of colours and options to choose from.

All the work was carried out by Mike, who clearly takes pride in delivering a high-quality finish. He was punctual, hardworking, and used his time very efficiently—there was no downtime, and he barely took a break. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
During the project, some badly damaged old floorboards were discovered. Mike went above and beyond, putting in extra hours to replace them and still complete the job by the end of the scheduled week.

All staff involved were professional, polite, and a credit to the organisation. LiveWest should be proud to have such a dedicated and skilled team. I am confident our new bathroom will last for many years to come.

Thank you!

Livewest take their time in repairs work men are rude and grumpy
Housing officers are rude
And when we moved here garden was a state

Had a complete bathroom re fit.

Had a lovely young man call James come to do it and was a completed on time, no mess or fuss.

Would give zero stars if I could, complained several times about the vile tenant you have at 54 wentwood drive in Weston, drug dealing, anti social behaviour, living in a house with zero children because they’ve all been taken away, myself and others are selling as when you have this woman behaving like she does, and cars pulling up all day/early hours for drug deals, enough is enough.
You seem to like this person very much, letting her live in a 3 bed house with no children, joke!!
Myself and several others will be taking this further now, I have instructed a solicitor to deal with this as we are loosing money on our house, many other social housing here are brilliant, kind, courteous and decent, however this vile breed of a person is none of them.
Sort it out live west, before it gets out of hand!!

I had a new toilet suite installed and the room decorated. The whole process was fantastic. Alex did a quick and excellent job. He ripped it out and had nearly all the work done is one day. The work was of a professional standard. The livewest people are kind and considerate in my home. Really brilliant

A very huge thank you to liza in adaptations. For her fast and efficient help. Solved my problem within an hour and arranged speedy delivery. Thank you so much. X
