I subscribe the beauty box for 3/4 years and always had issues with customer support. Once there was a problem with my payment method (an issue from the site itself) and because of that my box did not immediatly ship. When I sent an email regarding this they said I would not be charged (wow) but the box was out of stock so I wouldn't even receive it. Among other saved replies I sometimes get that don't even address the issues I report. I still subscribe it because there's no competition in my country but I'm seriously getting tired. For instance, I have the same of 3 blushes because the items are so repetitive.

Comprei pra centenas de euros na Lookfantastic nos últimos meses. Nunca tive problemas até minhas duas últimas compras.
Recebi uma amostra em vez do produto de tamanho normal que comprei em um dos meus pedidos e não recebi os protetores solares corretos no outro (recebi a versão que NÃO é resistente à água).
O atendimento ao cliente é horrível. Há mais de 10 dias que ainda é impossível resolver estas duas situações.
Ainda não fui enviado o produto em tamanho normal. Eu pedi um reembolsado se nao for possivel, e eles nao estao devolvendo meu dinheiro.
Disseram-me que os protetores solares que recebi são ''idênticos'' aos que encomendei, embora tenha enviado fotos mostrando que a embalagem é diferente e que o que eu recebe NAO é resistante a agua enquanto os do site estao.
Pior, fecham meus tickets me dizendo que está resolvido, quando está tudo pendente. Estou indignada e quero ser reembolsado.
Vender amostras é ilegal, assim como enviar um produto diferente das fotos!!

É quando as coisas correm menos bem que se vê se uma empresa é séria ou não. Não podendo relatar toda a desastrosa história da minha ultima encomenda aqui, limito-me na dizer isto: apoio ao cliente praticamente inexistente, encomenda não entregue e total desresponsabilização por parte da Lookfantastic. Sendo que a devolução do dinheiro a aconteceu unicamente devido a altíssima pressão por mim exercida.
