Worst customer service I have ever heard of
Ordered a subscription of a mystery box for 6 months.
I don't yet know how good the products are or if the delivery works as it should since I have yet to receive my package, but I have exchanged about 10 emails with their "customer support".
All about one payment method question which they were not able support me with.
About 3 different agents answered my messages and not one of them read what I wrote or what their colleagues already confirmed/denied. It felt like I was talking to a mule or an incredibly incompetent AI.

What an appauling customer service!!!
I ordered some items for my daughter birthday.
I received an email stating it was delivered but when I got home the parcel wasn’t there.
I think it was left at top of drive , which it’s a busy road and busy with people walking.
My suspicions it may of been stolen.
This company has taken my money, but I have no items.
I’ve tried to contact numerous times but don’t seem to be getting anywhere.
Nobody answered on live chat !!!
This is ridiculous!
I’m now thinking I have been scammed!

Estamos em Julho 2024 e sou cliente da LF há vários anos. Ao longo dos mesmos, cada vez coloco menos encomendas e mais espaçadas. O sortido é cada vez menor, os preços deixaram de ser competitivos e as aclamadas promoções não funcionam 90% das vezes. Já para não falar que o atendimento ao cliente em Portugal é uma anedota, de tão maus. Vale o facto de haver muita oferta online, acabei por abandonar esta empresa e optar por outras.
