Received faulty item and DIDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK, terrible communication
I have received a FAULTY ITEM and issued a return three days after receiving it. After sending all the information required by the team (including pictures of the batch number), I was stalled for a long time. Finally, I got the indication to send my item back, which I did, and received the confirmation that it was received (which I had to ask for). THREE MONTHS AFTER initiating the process of return, I finally received a message apologizing for the delay and asking me if I would like to receive my reimbursement through my original payment method. I have confirmed it, yet today I received a message saying that the investigation was finished because I had not sent the batch number (which is false - I have indeed sent not only the number as well as pictures of it) and I had taken more than 7 days to confirm that I wanted the money back through my initial payment method (which I found indecent due to the time LF team often took to reply. I have only once - due to work - taken more than a day to reply).
I was clearly STALLED by the team, with tiresome communications by a disorganized group of people. I constantly had to REPEAT information that could be accessed easily in the messages' history. It was pure DISORGANIZATION and INCOMPETENCE. Also, I had paid almost 400 euros for the faulty item I purchased, and THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK despite all my cooperation in the process.
