I was moving out and was so worried…
I was moving out and was so worried about my things, I have search for moving out companies and it was way too expensive I do not have any big appliances or furniture but small ones that could fit in different boxes. I just searched online and saw Luggage to ship and it was convenient for me coz they also got a pick up for items. I was worried during the pick up but Oliver always made sure to follow it up whether I have it done or not. I felt safe and very happy with the service. Now I do not have to worry when I move my things to different state.

Avoid this company AT ALL COST
Avoid this company if you value your time and money.
I paid for a luggage pick-up service scheduled between 10 AM and 5 PM and spent the entire day waiting in my building lobby. No one showed up.
When I contacted customer service, they claimed the driver came and was told by the doorman that I had already moved out. This is completely false. I was sitting with the doorman the entire day, and no driver ever arrived or spoke to anyone.
So either the driver never showed up and lied, or the company has no idea what their contractors are doing. Either way, this is unacceptable.
What’s worse is that customer service simply repeated this false story and refused to take responsibility. I asked for a partial refund for the pick-up service that was not performed, and they refused.
This is not just poor service — it’s dishonest and unaccountable.
If you’re considering using this company, be aware: they may fail to show up, misrepresent what happened, and still refuse to refund you.
I would strongly recommend choosing a more reliable and transparent service.

I paid for a **scheduled pick-up**, not a “we’ll come whenever it’s convenient for us” service. That is exactly what I was charged for. If there was any chance that the luggage would **not be picked up within the promised time window**, that should have been clearly stated upfront. Had I known that, I never would have paid extra for this service. I could have easily paid someone else to help pick it up and drop it off myself.
The issue is not whether the luggage might eventually get picked up. The issue is that **it did not happen at the scheduled time I paid for**.
I understand that FedEx is the carrier doing the physical pick-up, but that does not somehow remove LuggageToShip from responsibility. **LuggageToShip is the company that sold the service, took my money, and hired FedEx to do the job.** Passing the blame and acting like it is no longer your problem once the order is handed off is unacceptable.
Frankly, this does not seem like a one-time mistake. It feels like the kind of issue that has probably happened before and will likely happen again, which makes the lack of accountability even worse.
What is especially frustrating is that I am **not even asking for a full refund**. I asked for a **partial refund for the paid scheduled pick-up service that was not actually provided as promised**, and even that was refused.
This delay is not some minor inconvenience. It has created real problems for me. I had to take time off work yesterday just to sit around and wait for a pick-up that never happened. Today I have to go to work and leave my luggage unattended, hoping someone eventually comes. On top of that, the late pick-up will almost certainly delay the delivery date I was counting on.
So once again, for anyone considering using LuggageToShip: **avoid this company like the plague**. Once they have your money, they seem to consider their job done, and you are left alone to deal with missed pick-ups, delays, and the mess that follows.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away.

Extra expensive fees when picking up items BEWARE
My husband just picked up his package internationally and he had to pay another 81 dollars to get it. When you ship through this company this needs to be told on the site before I pay to ship anything. I wont use this company again. Im happy he got the items but just know you will pay twice the amount then what was quoted. The shipping and taxes cost more than what's in the package, not worth it. I will find another company. I'm writing this so others are aware that purchase price isn't the end of money coming out of your pockets
