They failed to pickup my luggage at the agreed upon time and then stated they couldn't guarantee delivery on time. Their mistake but their only solution was to offer a refund. I took the refund, as suggested and was then charged a $50.00 cancelation fee. Seth at Luggage Forward never mentioned a fee while he was apologizing for their mistake. I will never use these guys again.

This service is so easy and so professional. Picked up my luggage on time, notified me of the delivery. The return back home was just as easy. They were waiting at the ship terminal, took my suitcase and seamlessly delivered it back to my house. I would definitely use them again.

Pick up and delivery were on time. Everything arrived to our destination and back home again without any issues. Will be using them again next Winter for another trip.

My luggage was picked up as scheduled and upon my return, it was delivered way ahead of schedule, in only 2 days after disembarkation. The only problem - on one suitcase the zipper was torn off one of the outside compartments which, fortunately, was empty.

Onboard Rep on the Holland America Zaandam was great! He explained all of the process, and ensured we had a great experience!

It was fast and accurate.

I feel there are too many restrictions on what can be included. Great for cruising, but there are many items restricted that are impossible to buy before or on the cruise that could be easily included.
Why the restrictions on AirTags?

Estimated arrival was 4/15/26 and I received my luggage on 4/9/26, which was two days after I disembarked from the ship.

Other than picking up luggage three weeks early for our cruise, we had no problems. Service was good.

The performance of LF on our recent 93 day cruise was outstanding. They picked up our luggage when they said, emailed they picked it up, delivered it to the sh (all of it). When we returned it took only two days to deliver it to our home.

The luggage pick up and delivery was great service. Your employee who came on ship was very slow in handling things. I waited a total of 2.5 hours on 2 days to arrange the service. Either send 2 clerks or a manager who can speed up the process.

I received a message a week after the suitcase was picked up from our house that it was being held up in Customs in our town. It took me several tries to get someone with LF on the phone. I finally got an address at the airport and went there to DHL. They said they didn’t have my phone number and had tried unsuccessfully to call LF or me and that the suitcase was locked. It was not locked and my phone number was on a tag on the bag. I unzipped the suitcase and after inspecting it, they sent it in its way. Your tracker said it reached Singapore several days before us but it was not at the hotel when we got there. It showed up the next day, last day promised, but I got it before I got a notice that it was there. Too much difficulty!

Thank you for making my trip home so worry-free. Your onboard representative, Walter?, was very helpful and thorough in making my packing and pick up easy.

The reservation was easy, I called and the customer service person walked me through the process. My bags were picked up on time and delivered on time and in perfect condition. The reverse worked just as effortlessly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ending cruise was confusing. Nobody really had good info. When we used LF before. We left bags in terminal. This time they told us to take our bags and kicked us out of building. Luckily your Rep met us outside and took the bags. Otherwise service was excellent.
