Terrible Experience!
I’ve used the service when I went to Barcelona and it was great. For a trip to Seattle, whenever I had questions I got stuck in an endless loop of AI assistants and never got a real person to call back. While the cost to Seattle seemed high, I booked anyway, only to discover when I was there that the service was one way. It was totally unintuitive when booking. Granted, it was my incorrect assumption, but the round trip cost was ridiculously expensive. I ended checking bags for the return trip. With the pain of AI, no live callbacks and confusing booking, I’m done with Luggage Forward. I doubt they care. Traveler beware!

This was the first time using Luggage…
This was the first time using Luggage Forward. We found the process to be efficient and helpful. The pickup date/time was as scheduled and the luggage was in our stateroom when we arrived at our cruise ship. It was a 5 Star experience but the cost was high and the pickup from our house was 2 weeks before our travel time. That was the only drawback but we will likely use the service again.

Great service
Communication, delivery and speed of delivery were exceptional. However, I did have a problem with the booking process when the website kept advising me that my payment hadn't been accepted when, in fact, the credit card transaction was being process through to my bank, although funds were never released. All very satisfactory in the end.
