Great service, great communication.

They kept us informed of the transport location of our suitcase from the moment it was picked up on schedule to the moment it arrived in our stateroom on our cruise ship.

Luggage Forward, particularly Ms Brandy, very kindly and calmly helped us take a wasted European trip without our luggage to a redeemed one. Our bags not only got there safely but 5 days earlier than the expected bag delivery date. Yes, I paid a premium, but it was white glove service from door to door thru France Customs & delivered right to the chateau in the middle of southern France’s tiny town all safe and sound. LF handled it all seamlessly and efficiently. We will definitely use them again if we ever run into this predicament again. Thank you Brandy and LF Team. Y’all exceeded all our expectations and gave us all a peace of mind. Keep up the great work. You’ve got a customer for life.

The person picking up the luggage was easy to locate. We even saw the bags leaving on a van. However, we had to have the luggage delivered to our daughter’s home because we knew we would not be home in time for delivery. We were never told that we could sign off on having the bag delivered without a signature which caused a delay and some consternation before the bag arrived.

The instructions were clear and easy to follow and everything went smoothly and on time. Also, nothing was damaged.

Good experience however, when AI voice answers the phone it does work to a point but when it says it will get someone to contact as soon as they are available this doesn’t happen quickly, I have to chase 3 times.

You would have gotten five stars if I hadn't gotten a notice after three days when I wasn't home yet that fed-ex had tried to deliver the luggage and couldn't because they needed a signature. Our two sons were both here so they could have delivered it. But that was never the case in the past and it kind of surprised me. The notice also said that if I didn't go to a website by the 22nd they would send the shipment back. I wasn't going to be home until the 24th and my sons were here so could sign if needed. I wasn't able to go on the website. So I just sent Luggage Forward an email and it all worked out. The suitcase was delivered on the 24th at 11 am which was perfect. By UPS I believe! No signature required! I had gotten home at midnight on the 23rd so it all worked out well. In the past I have been very happy with Luggage Forward. The luggage has always gotten here safely. I think I have used it three or four times. So the glitch this year was unexpected and gave me a tad bit of worry. No problem. But I hope that doesn't happen again. Otherwise I am very happy with the service and will definitely use it again if needed.
