Luggage Forward is simple and easy to book, and when the luggage tags, etc. arrived in the mail, the envelope said "We'll take it from here." We smiled and were relieved, because without Luggage Forward, our travel to our cruise ship would have been a nightmare. We chose to drop off our bags at our local UPS, and that process was quick and simple. And we received updates as our luggage traveled to our cruise ship. Boarding the ship without dealing with luggage was a breeze, and our luggage was waiting for us in our stateroom.

Luggage forward delivered our suits and tuxedos from NJ to Chianti Italy and back again ahead of schedule. The process could not have been easier. SO worth it!

Everything went very smoothly. The pick up was exactly when they said it was going to be and our luggage was waiting for us in our stateroom ready for our Japan cruise. Definitely would recommend to eliminate the hassle of checking luggage.

We used Luggage Forward to ship 2 bags from California to our cruise ship in Boston, then 3 bags home. Along the way they were helpful, and our luggage was on the ship on time, and back home to us early.
HOWEVER, on the return trip, all 3 of our pieces were damaged. I filed the claims as requested. It has been two months now, with no resolution, no communication at all except when I call them. They see my claim, and say it is processing and that I will hear within a day or two at most, but crickets.
Apparently their damage guarantee is worthless.

It was stress free shipping with your company because I was notified all the way through where our luggage was throughout the journey. I sincerely felt very comfortable and will work through Luggage Forward again in the future.

Picked on time promised and delivered to destination w/in 3 days.

Picked up on the 15th, it’s now the 28th. No luggage. One week in Europe without it. They operate on USA business hours, and are hard to get ahold of. Extremely expensive. They didn’t seem to care it never arrived. I got two messages, one by phone and one email saying next day…next day…I waited and didn’t go out for four days. Got a message saying no one was home. I was not only home, I was on the balcony watching. Nobody ever tried to deliver. They used FedEx, I could have done that myself. Avoid at all costs.

Assistance with the booking process was fabulous! Pick up and delivery was perfect and the return of the luggage was earlier than expected. This was the second time I used your service and as usual made my travel so much easier!

On time and where we needed it.

While the actual shipping was great, the communication was a NIGHTMARE. During booking process they didn't return calls or at most sent back vague uninformative emails. I was kept in suspense until the last minute as to whether they would even pick up from a riverboat in France though it was on their website. One agent said they would only pick up at "the port gate" (there was no such location.) 3 days before pickup they said I hadn't completed their forms although I had and even though another agent agreed with me. They billed me for 2 shipments when it was only one (they did fix that later).Agent "Jackie" was wonderful; the others were mediocre.

We have used Luggage Forward 4 trips now. This is the first time we’ve had issues. There was no agent at the pier to collect our bags to send home. We had an early flight and were compelled to leave them with a pier representative. We also were not told they would be delivered UPS ground so waited for days for any updates whether our luggage had even been collected by Luggage Forward. We did not receive updates until the day they were to be delivered. They did eventually arrive but it would have been nice to have the correct expectations set when we booked. It was a holiday weekend so live customer service was not available. Will use again, though.

Our luggage was picked up and arrived on ti e. Exactly as was specified. Loved the freedom of movement emt this gave us.
