This company is terrific! They did exactly what they promised within the timeframe. The price was fair, and communication with the company was excellent. They make the procedure clear, and I was able to keep track of my items while they were enroute. I was delighted, and will most definitely use them again.

I used LugLess to ship my suitcase, and it arrived catastrophically damaged and torn wide open. When I contacted customer support, they offered zero assistance, took no accountability, and abruptly closed my claim citing fine-print protection waivers. They handle ruined customer property with total indifference and dismissive support. Save yourself the headache and use a reputable service that actually takes care of your belongings. Extremely disappointing experience

It was quick and easy to send my box and one piece of luggage. There was a delay in delivery of my luggage, but Lugless informed me, and it wound up getting delivered just one day later. The whole process was much faster than I’d expected, and I will definitely use them again!

They failed to deliver the service charged for. And then customer service simply ignore your requests for escalation .

Update 1:The response of Lugless is false. In fact the delivery was objectively delayed from the original date. Please do not post false statement on public forums. Happy to share receipts here.

Update 2: LugLess continues to ignore my complaints through the only available communication channel, email. They are closing my support tickets without providing any response or resolution.

Easy drop off at local business place and on-time delivery at another business location. In fact, the delivery was one day sooner than expected.
I also appreciate the in-transit updates. They were very helpful because I was travelling elsewhere while my luggage was in transit to its destination.

Great service, on time delivery, perfect coordination, reasonable price, no hustling while moving to the new place.

My package was destroyed

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend LugLess after my experience. I’ve used their service on at least three occasions, spending over $400 each time.

On two separate trips, three packages totaling over $150 in shipping costs were delayed by FedEx until after I would no longer be in the states where they were being delivered. Because I was traveling, I had no choice but to request that they be returned to sender.

What disappointed me most was the customer service. Despite repeatedly explaining that the returns were necessary because of the delayed delivery dates, I felt my concerns were ignored and I was simply quoted company policy.

I never asked for a full refund, just reasonable compensation. After escalating the issue, LugLess offered only a $19 credit and called it “meeting in the middle.”

As a repeat customer who has spent well over $1,200 with this company, I found that response extremely disappointing. I will no longer use LugLess and cannot recommend them based on how this situation was handled.
