Thank you for your feedback. On campus, packages must in the common area where deliveries normally occur in order for the pickup to be successful. FedEx has safety policies that prevent them from completing pickups directly from your dorm room, and unfortunately, we are not able to override their policies. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Luggage arrived in 3 days & delivered to 3rd floor
My luggage arrived ahead of schedule so after arriving home my luggage was returned in only 3 days! I live on the 3rd floor so huge shout out to the delivery driver that hauled it upstairs!

Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. When I picked up my luggage, I found that one of the wheels on my suitcase was cracked and damaged. The suitcase was perfectly fine before I checked it in, so it was very frustrating to find it damaged upon arrival. No one provided any assistance or took responsibility for the damage. Definitely not a good experience.

Bags don’t make it on time
Bags don’t make it on time. And when you speak to someone they act like it’s not their issue all they want to offer is a 10% discount when all we want as the customer is to get our bags delivered it’s a reason why we are shipping them not for us to receive them after the timeframe or have them sent back to the original address that it was sent from that’s an entire waste of time
