Fast and Easy Process
My 9 extra heavy duty boxes were delivered from Seattle to NYC in just 8 days, much faster than the anticipated 2-3 weeks!
The delivery guy was also helpful by bringing those boxes to my 7th floor apartment. It has an excellent door to door service. I'd definitely use Lugless again!

Unfortunately, the Minimal support plan selected for your booking includes $0 of value protection for damage, so our claims team will be unable to offer compensation for the damage to your shipment. We are very sorry for any inconvenience!

Lost baggage , Lugless doesn’t help at all
Lost baggage , Lugless did not help at all. No customer service line. Spent hours tracking my bags with UPS only to be told to file a claim UPS approved $500 of the claim but since shipper was Lugless (even though I dropped off the bags to UPS myself), they shamelessly pocketed the $500 while refunding me only $200 .
Note : Lugless does NOT have any customer support number or chat or email (note added after their deceptive response below). They just list FedEx / UPS customer support numbers.

I do see your claim was approved for the full amount of the Basic Support Plan that you chose at booking, and your payout was sent 9.25.2026. We do apologize about the inconvenience you faced with UPS transit.

The service was great. Just one thing: two of my luggages reached at the destination before even I was there. The receive date set in a way that i could receive it from the place after being there. But, that didn't happen. I had to pay extra FedEx to hold those luggages for me for an extra day or two.
