I would rate Lugless a 5 ⭐️ from my experience with it. I will use Lugless all the time when I need to send luggage between states. I will get it for a lesser price , with 3-5 day delivery to my home and the process is much easier.

It was wonderful
It was wonderful, not having to go through the check-in line which when I arrived at the airport was probably a 45 minute wait! I just walked past it and through security and to my gate with plenty of time to spare! My luggage arrived at the date I needed it! I have used the service twice now and I’m very happy. Just getting ready to use it again!

10 moving boxes delivered perfectly
Lugless had my moving boxes delivered on time and in perfect shape to my new apartment for a cross country move. I shipped 10 Home Depot Extra Large Heavy Duty boxes from the West Coast to the East Coast and every one made it undamaged and by the delivery date. I selected Oversize box 75 lb limit option for those HD moving boxes. I recommend setting the delivery date to 1 day after your arrival if you're moving because sometimes boxes get delivered a day early if you're still out of town. Book a big move 2 weeks out at least for the best price.
I gave four stars because their pricing structure is shady - they display a lower price before taking on fees for "residential delivery" and certain origin cities.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Lost my luggage after 2 days and barely compensated me. My luggage has been missing for a month. There was probably $900 worth of stuff in there and it is all lost now. They didn't even compensate me for the cost of shipping, just sent me the value protection I paid ($200). The shipment wasn't even supposed to leave the state, just be transferred from Northern California to Southern California. Worst experience ever. Although customer service did try to help me, it just felt like nobody cared.

Too many hidden charges
I originally was told as long as my box/ suitcase weighed under 50lbs, my price would be as quoted. A week later after box was delivered, I receive another charge on my credit card for $15 saying FedEX charged me extra. Lugless also charged me $6 to print labels at FedEx - too many hidden charges, membership fees, etc…
