We are sorry to hear that your package was ripped and broken while in transit with FedEx! Damage like this is very rare, as your luggage should always be handled with care by our carriers. However, we do recommend boxing your luggage to prevent wear and tear.
We see you have an open claim currently, and I can see that it is still in progress. It can take up to 3 weeks for the Claims Department to make their final decision. Please ensure to check your email often in case they have any questions or concerns.
Great reliable service
Great reliable service. The insurance with print label option at FedEx location is over expensive compared to the basic insurance option. The reliability and speed of service is actually offered by FedEx and is similar irrespective of the insurance tier you choose. My luggages arrived in good condition earlier than promised delivery date which adds value to their service. Lugless sends regular email updates about the start of transit and the final delivery which I found very convenient.

Affordable, fast delivery service
For work, we needed to ship a couple of suitcases to different locations within the US. This was affordable and fast, if we would have gone directly with a courier, this would have been 10 times more expensive, and luggage arrived faster than predicted

I’ve used this service quite a few times now, and I’m such a fan! Not only is it very convenient, it is very simple to do! This is a service I talk about every chance I can get whenever I know somebody’s traveling. It makes things so much easier at the airport, less to worry about, and plan ahead so that you can have your luggage arrive when you need it there. Highly recommend!

Great process but the pickup process was unclear. I had to do two add on and it was more expensive than it would have been had the instructions been more clear

Lugless costs were considerably less…
Lugless costs were considerably less than popular shipping companies. All boxes and luggage traveled from New Jersey to Colorado within five days. I was Able to track my items. Everything arrived without issue. I was very pleased with Lugless.

Excellent service from Lugless — prompt and reliable overall! My only concern is that pricing seemed to be based on how heavy the bags felt to the delivery driver rather than their actual weight. Weighing the luggage would make charges fairer and more transparent. Otherwise, a great experience!
