SUPER EASY!
I was staying at a hotel in Dallas for some training and had to be in class most of the day, so couldn't be around for pick up. Didn't want to check the bag at the airport.
Got tags mailed to the hotel, tagged my bag, left it at the front desk, and done! Showed up at my home.
NO ISSUES! And the tracking function was great.

Absolute Nightmare – Damaged, Lost, and Mishandled Packages with Nonexistent Customer Service
If I could give LugLess zero stars, I would.
I shipped 9 boxes through LugLess during an interstate move, and the entire experience was an absolute nightmare.
First, one of my boxes was misplaced and only arrived a week later, after countless frustrating conversations and arguments with FedEx.
Second, another box was so badly damaged that its contents were simply dumped into a different box and shipped to me. Several of my belongings arrived broken and damaged. Absolutely unacceptable handling of someone's personal property.
Third, we specifically requested that all 9 boxes be held at a local FedEx location for pickup. Instead, 6 boxes were delivered to a residential address while only 3 were held at the FedEx office. Apparently, delivery instructions mean absolutely nothing. They just do whatever they want.
And here's the icing on the cake: LugLess customer service is practically nonexistent. They don't respond to emails, and if you want to speak to an actual human being over the phone, you have to PAY EXTRA for that privilege. Imagine paying hundreds of dollars to ship your belongings, having them lost, damaged, and delivered incorrectly, and then being expected to pay even more just to speak to customer service!
I understand FedEx handles the actual transportation, but LugLess is the company I paid for this service. They cannot simply wash their hands of responsibility when things go wrong.
What was supposed to make my move easier ended up causing unnecessary stress, wasted time, and damaged property.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid LugLess. Their service is unreliable, their customer support is abysmal, and their handling of customer complaints leaves a lot to be desired. I will NEVER use them again.

Moving between states is already a demanding process, and having your personal belongings delayed, damaged, and delivered contrary to your explicit pickup requests with FedEx created an overwhelming amount of stress. We recognize that paying for a service means expecting your property to be handled with care and your instructions to be followed precisely.
I looked into this further, and do not see any outreach to our customer support team via email or chat support. However, we do see you have an open claim currently that our Claims Department has in queue. It can take up to 3 weeks for the Claims Department to make their final decision. Please ensure to check your email often in case they have any questions or concerns.

New Bag Damaged and Delivered Early: Disappointing first experience
I trusted LugLess to transport my recently purchased bag safely after hearing positive feedback from friends at Microsoft and Amazon who frequently use luggage shipping services from lugless. Unfortunately, my new bag arrived broken. It was also delivered before the scheduled October 7 date while I was travelling, forcing me to arrange for someone else to receive it on my behalf.
This was a disappointing first experience, both in handling my luggage and following the delivery schedule. I look forward to a smooth Value Protection claim process and a fair resolution for my damaged bag.

Thank you for your feedback! Carriers deliver shipments to the same place where larger packages are delivered in your building or complex. This is typically a mailroom, security office, common area, or leasing office, as they are not able to come directly to the door at apartments.
