Great Experience; Just Add Zip Ties!
This was my first time using LugLess, and the process was beyond easy and seamless! They send everything and are extremely timely! Just follow the instructions, and there should be no issues!
The only thing I'd recommend is that they send more zip ties in the package. Or, that you make sure you have zip ties on hand!

Customer service at LugLess was useless.
I had difficulty booking on the website, because I kept getting a response indicating the address to which I was sending my luggage was not in the service area. When I called to inquire, I was told to book anyway and the system would accept the booking. I did, but that wasn't a comforting way to book. While my luggage was in transit, I received an email from LugLess indicating the tracking number had ceased working and advising me to start the claims process with FedEx. There was no help offered. I tried to use the link provided by LugLess, but the process was confusing and called for a lot of irrelevant information. After spending a lot of time over 36 hours trying to navigate the FedEx website, I finally found a phone number for their customer service and called it. The service rep was successful in locating the luggage and providing info regarding its expected delivery date. I expected more help from LugLess and am lucky I stumbled upon a phone number and helpful person at FedEx.
