Damage like this is very rare, as your boxes should always be handled with care by our carriers. I have sent you an email asking you to initiate a claim, and you should receive this shortly. Follow the steps in this email to open your damage claim so we can review this further. Please note, your claim must be submitted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Please note, that any adjustments processed after the trip is completed come from the carrier themselves. I see they found the shipment to weigh more than the label was purchased for, and that the dimensions of the shipped item were larger.
