Easy to use and a better price than checking a third bag.
It was so nice to arrive at the hotel and my bag was already there.
I dropped my bag at FedEx, but next time I’ll schedule a pickup to make it even easier.

I shipped three items
I shipped three items: two Costco storage totes and one larger cardboard box. Before shipping, I was told that securing my luggage tightly would be enough, so I packed and taped everything carefully.
When I dropped the items off at FedEx, I was asked to pay for an additional layer of protection, and I paid for it. That “protection” was a low-quality cardboard box about double the size of my totes, with no padding. It gave no real protection, and the totes could shift freely during transit.
One of my totes arrived damaged and opened. Most of the items inside were spilled or broken. Many containers and kitchen items were broken and are unusable. I have photos of the damage.
This has been a very disappointing experience

My boxes get a little mess up when they arrive maybe it’s the transportation, great communication if you’re delivered it’s not on time or don’t came in the time it was supposed to be. In general I have good impression with the company.

Please note, that any adjustments processed after the trip is completed come from the carrier themselves. I see they found the shipment to weigh more than the label was purchased for, and that the dimensions of the shipped item were larger.
