Gives detailed invoice and fast service once the order is processed. I've got my order all done and delivered in about 5 days. I bought an airsoft replica with them, and everything went sooooo good, I was afraid at first because buying airsoft gun from Japan can be very difficult or impossible to the least, but they made it possible and very easy since they're doing everything for it, the shipping was very quick, they're very active and the customer support is awesome, they managed to answer all my questions or worries, and I can't thank them enough, I will go with them for my next purchases !

I was running out of options on how/where to buy local items in Japan as a gift for clients visiting the country for a special occasion. Their hotels couldn't or wouldn't help. Other shopping services said they needed more time and/or limited which cities they would deliver to and when. Lunarcat made things happen, buying the right items and figuring out delivery to the client directly before they departed from airport.
