lunarcat company was very communicative and very professional with my order. It was an event order from Osaka and they were always updating me on the process and answered all my inquiries , being very patient. The package and one item had a bit of an issue when it arrived. After contacting them , they provided me with compensation and were very professional about everything. I highly recommend lunarcat company’s services and would be more careful with my choice of shipping in the future as I had not done my prior research.

This was my first time using this proxy, and everything went really smoothly! Communication was fast and clear, and the fees are very reasonable — perfect for someone like me who prefers purchasing from mercari
Their in-person shopping service is also super competitive, honestly the lowest I’ve seen so far.
Lunar also go the extra mile to help keep tabs on the shipping/delivery status (I had a personal issue with the delivery and lunar was aware of it as they track the status personally , think most proxy doesn’t do this? )
