Great in-person shopping service! I was honestly a bit skeptical at first as this was my first time using an in-person shopping service. Lunarcat was quick to reply to messages and provided updates each step of the process, including photos on-site so I could choose in real time. This was very reassuring and helped the process go smoothly. They will definitely become my go-to proxy for shopping in Japan!

LunarCat has been my go-to proxy for all Japanese goods. I’m a doll collector located in the US, with most of my collection coming from Japan, and one of the issues I’ve run into over the years is that local artists tend to only sell within a certain radius of their prefecture. I’ve used multiple proxy websites, which are decent, but none comes close to the responsiveness and personal touch of LunarCat. Communication is always fantastic, the website is easy to use, and they are one of the only proxys able to handle Mercari bids. I’ve bought many high-price items through LunarCat and everything is ordered and shipped quickly, with excellent package padding/ protection. It can be nerve-racking to use a new buying service, but I can confidently say you’re in good hands using LunarCat. Easy website navigation, there’s a record of all your orders, and you can pay with PayPal. 10/10
