My renewal process with Lauren was straightforward and she was really helpful.

Luscumbe provides a reliable, good all round service. They are prompt in terms of sorting out any issues arising and keep me informed of legal changes. I've been with them for 8 years and not had any issues. Their checks on tenants are good and their property checks twice a year means that you can keep track of how the property is being maintained. Their staff retention is good and I've always found them really helpful.
