One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever come across. I had a zoom meeting arranged and confirmed by them for Friday 13/03/26. Even received a text message reminding me about it an hour before.

So I had set aside an hour in my busy diary, but nobody from impact turned up for the meeting.

I have sent them 3 emails and a text message to ask what happened, but I haven't even received an acknowledgement let alone an explanation or an apology.

Not very professional and for that reason I am OUT.

Saj has a great amount of knowledge and focuses on making sure that your desired property strategy is suited to you!

What an absolutely amazing three day course with Saj and his team. I've been in property for a number of year and attended a few property courses, but the difference with this one was the time taken to explain in detail was great. Saj, is a very good teacher. We did real life group exercises, he showed us so many achievable strategies. Great value for money.

Saj is has great knowledge and understanding of his field. He conveys his knowledge in a straightforward and clear style.
I would recommend attending any of his sessions and courses...ok..ok he's a great guy too.!
